Very worst operating, they have cancelled my flight in last minute and they are not responding properly . Pls don't depend this flight for any important or emergency case of travel . 17.10 time flight was departured at 12.45 am , Chennai to Madurai flight was cancelled so we suffered lot . Still refund related information not received yet
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT AIRPORT. Passengers keep waiting for Hours and hours at Chennai airport and No sign of your Staff. Was waiting for 8 hours to get Check in baggage drop to only hear - Check-in will happen 2 hours before ETD. Literally sitting at the entry gate for your Crew to arrive SpiceJet Limited Value Your passengers TIME!
It feels like Passengers are at fault of they arrive early because Guess what - midnight hour the Staff is Not available. Keep waiting till 5 am for the staff to arrive and Hear - wait for Check-in , It will start 2 hours before departure.

You have no credit card machines and no support staffs. Yes you have stuffs, but not qualified to work.

Worst Customer service! Worst Baggage allowance! Rude and arrogant staff at Chennai. Seemed as if they purposefully sit there to spoil your mood and make your life miserable.
The Chennai staff of Spicejet is the worst! They won't touch your luggage at all. They told me to place the luggage like this.. then place it like that..told me to remove the previous baggage tags.. Won't accept even an ounce above 15 kgs.. They'll shamelessly tell you on your face to pay for every extra gram! They literally are emotionless robots in disguise.

Also, I hate Chennai airport. Unbelievably dirty and unhygienic. Rats, lizards, pigeons.. all over the waiting area. All the seats are dirty and not cleaned for like ages. Charging points are pathetic. Hardly anything available to eat. You won't get anything to drink during early hours. NEVER have a layover in Chennai airport!

Worst customer support ....they are telling to book a seat for a 1 year old baby at the last hour before the departure of the flight ...waste of moneyand the workers in spicejet don't know what is attitude mean ... They are rude and indiscipline .... Need to take action on this airlines .... They are literally scaming people..
