Ambiance is good. But it's way too expensive.

We went there for the tea. Each doodh patti costed us PKR 311 (including tax). Maybe it's normal for some people, but not for the majority I believe.

Tea was good but not that good which justifies prices.

A very sound and relaxing place to spend time while being in hectic luckyone mall. Well maintained with a number of varieties in food.

Recently visited Chaaye Khana for their Ramadan buffet. The buffet price was high, but unfortunately, the food wasn't up to the mark. However, the dessert options were impressive and delicious. On a positive note, the place was cozy and provided a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, it's worth a visit for the ambiance and dessert options, but it's better to skip the buffet and order a la carte.

If anyone Wants To experience an excellent iftaar plus buffet. I must recommend you to visit Chaaye Khana Lucky One, Karachi.
Tried 4 iftaar plus buffet this Ramzan. Chaaye Khana is the first in my rankings.

Good kashmiri chaye and Mediterranean Omlette

Chaye Khaana has been living upto our expectations here in Karachi ever since I had been enjoying this chain when it first opened up in Islamabad. Excellent ambiance, food, service, everything with somewhat reasonable rates when compared to other restaurants offering the same kind of experience. I wish I could rate it 5 stars here but the Quesadillas in our order were extremely bad in taste and quality, with just chunks of cheese and very slightly marinated chicken. Ordered Smoky BBQ Burger, Tarragon Chicken and Moroccan Chicken and they were amazing. Chai (Doodh Patti) was extremely good too. But my only complaint is I ordered Quesadillas to try something different (as I am a huge burger fanatic) and they really disappointed as I expected more from the label “Chef’s Special” on the menu next to Quesadillas.

On the ground level of the Lucky One Mall, this is the ideal spot to have a refreshment. Enjoyed the best tea, Puries, and distinct types of Patathas. They cooked the food to the highest hygiene standards and had an exceptional taste, which made the overall experience the best I've ever had. I frequently like to visit this place once I return to Pakistan.
