This shop is good for everyday clothes, but very poor choice for hiking or socks, you’ll get much better options for that at other retailers like bivouac outdoors.

Very decent outlet with good selection of clothes and reasonable discount of 50 % (when bought 5 prices or more, excluding socks). Some items discounted up to 70 %. New collection is not available here though.

If you have spare cash or money is not an option then this is the place to go if you like or are need of this type of apparel. They are great but a bit outside my budget range even the specials!!!

I think the staff need to know or should be educated to use new methods of payment like Afterpay.Icebreaker Airport advertise this payment option but it took more then 30mins for the staff to confirm and understand the payment was processed as soon as I scanned barcode and had got confirmation email which I showed to staff.I still had to wait further 30min for the staff to check their side as they didn't understand how this payment worked. It was quite frustrating as I had to be somewhere else and looked like crazy customer who created issue as other customers were waiting behind me. I was embarrassed 😳 and wished I just used cash.

Towards the end my whole experience of purchase was spoiled and wished just to return the item but then again would have been another issue - if they can't process afterpay purchase , return would have been a bigger issue.

The Auckland Airport shop isn't a standout. Remnants and odd season. Cheery salespeople though. We went to test the lifetime guarantee of icebreaker socks which had developed holes. We came away without the promised replacements because they didn't stock them - even though they were bought in that shop. We had no proof of purchase from two years ago so even if they had the socks we would have failed. Icebreaker is icebreaker right? So I don't think private equity ownership has done this brand any favours. Quality not as good as it was either. There are better offerings for merino clothing.

Good discounts on large and small sizes with not too much inbetween. You might have to look around a bit. What is there is great quality and the service is very friendly. I'd happy to recommend a visit.

Not sure it's worth the effort and distance to view their stock to be honest. A lot on offer, but the prices are still pretty steep. A couple of hats and scarves were decent value, but if you're looking at more substantial clothing then you'll be spending a good amount here.
