SBK worst in maintaining and will charge you each and every maintenance.
Building is not well managed at all. SBK seems like they're in a rush to get you in the door but almost pretend like it isn't their building after that. Don't get me started on the garbage.
Very nice location to stay with families
free parking and wide area and the elevator is bigger

SBK The building management literally stole half my deposit although I cleaned the apartment , I fixed the curtains holes and made sure that the building painter (Alex) come fix the wall. And handed the keys to the security agent.

its a good tower managed by SBK real estate.next to petrofac behind total car wash.
