We've had our Class C in there a couple of times. Got the work done sooner than promised. They do great work and they're easy to work with. We'll definitely be returning next time I need help, hopefully not too soon.

We thought we had a significant electrical problem in our beloved Viking pop up trailer. Terry located the hard to find fuse that caused the problem and had us back on the road quickly. He even took time to show me how to fix the problem myself should it happen again in the future. Great people. Great company. I recommend AMRV to my friends and family.

American RV is great. They got me in right away. I was having electrical/battery problems with my camper van. John was the best! As he went through the process he filled me in on how things work and what to do to prevent problems in the future. He went the "extra step" and checked the inverter charge settings, which turned out to be in the wrong position. I now know the proper maintenance procedures and equipment to best take care of my batteries. Terry and his crew are wonderful. Good advice and good pricing. I will go back to American RV again and again!

Love this company! Terry and his team are the best. Honest, reliable, careful. They don't offer to do work they can't handle, but so far they've handled everything. They don't overcharge and they give good sensible advice. Friendly, capable, reliable. What more could one want?

I've been very pleased with the repair work that Terry and his crew have done on my 5th Wheel. They are willing to work with insurance companies, OEM's, parts providers and even those difficult extended warranty companies. They find innovative solutions to complex problems. I trust their workmanship and operation. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them. Just remember, they are very busy and returning customers come first.......just kidding.

My husband called for a quote to have our RV winterized and was quoted a rate. We brought the RV in and had it serviced, paid the bill and had no complaints. Everything was done professionally and quality service. A few weeks later we received a letter in the mail apologizing for overcharging us for the service that was done along with a refund check for the difference in price. We didn't even notice that we'd been charged more than the quote.

In this day and age, for a business to not only notice they'd made a mistake but to voluntarily send the refund along with explanation tells me that this is a company I want to keep doing business with. Honesty is something special these days and I appreciate someone with similar values as my family. You have earned my repeat business and I will continue to tell people about my experience! Thank you!
