Altice Downtown Punta Cana Celulares

The most horrible service ever – came there just to buy one Altice sim-card and the salesperson at the end sold me 2, saying that the second is a complimentary gift for Mother's Day; didn't care to give a receipt, so I had to go back there in a few days in order to register in Altice mobile app.
Total "wawawa" level of customer service.
Not an official place of Altice, but a franchise with zero responsibility. The normal office of Altice is on Plaza San Juan.

Affordable place to get sim just make sure you bring passport and speak Spanish.
