Tickets easily Booker online, service for snacks was fast, clean
Very uncomfortable and old seats.
After 10 mins I already had backpain,and the movie was 3 hours.
Have watched 2 movies in two different rooms and in both of them the seats are very old and uncomfortable.
They should start considering a renovation!

The customer experience of this location is way below average.
First of all, chairs are very very uncomortable sitting there for more than 30mins is already a pain. Imagine the effect after a 2 hour movie.
Next there's two people working to serve drinks and food for 6 cinemas. Last visit there I missed the first 10mins of the movie because the service was so slow.
Later then when the movie goes into the break. Advertisment is shown on screen instead of a timer on how long the break will be. There's a 2 minute timer at the end which is useless as no one knows how long the break is.
Then the breaks are scheduled in a way so that multiple movies have the break at the same time. Leading to queue at the food stand as there are only two employees dealing with hungry and thirsty customers from 6 movies

Nice cinema but seats could be more comfortable and sound from movie in another room could be heard all the time.
I give 5 stars cause this still seems a unique old cinema. Service is great, it is a few minutes away from the main train station in Luzern. Parking seems difficult. I really enjoyed coming here. Learning german in a german movie is great. Stuff is super friendly, its more than enough space in there to sit. It has no drink holder but totally fine. Its charming and great. I was even abel to get an Hugo there and lots of sweets.
A family movie 2 or 3 times a year. The seats and sound system is great! Nothing like a cool action movie 🎬 with their freshly made popcorn 🍿. Blue Cinema Capitol is our favourite!!
