Good place but they have unprofessional staff. The girl there whose name is Keerthana wasn't there when we went there, we waited for 10 minutes and when we exited the place we saw she was chatting with some security folks in the mall and slowly coming. When we told her we were waiting for a long time instead of speaking in a decent way she started yelling at us in a cheap way. We were shocked by her unprofessional behaviour. When we were playing bowling she told my kid she will throw him out if he is not seated. We were aghast with such cheap behaviour.

It is very good place where we can have good time with friends and family

I have been to this place many time and I enjoy all the games & ambience very much. I went with family yesterday evening and brought tickets to play cricket & Bowling. Staff forced us to finish our games fast as they want to close by 9 PM though the closing time is 9.30 PM. They made us to play bowling in different lines arrogantly. They were not co-operative with us at all. It was the worse experience & customers should not be treated in that way.
