The worst massage experience ever. Very poor customer service. The masseuse were very rough and rushed as if they were angry. Even after repeatedly asking them to be more gentle they continued to be rough and did the massage very fast instead of in a calm or peaceful manner that we were left in pain.
Asked to speak to the manager and they refused to share the contact.

The worse customer experience ever. We booked with my friend and the Google pin is wrong! Calling several time to reception, with a lady who does not speak English clearly, took us 20 min, after they start checking another 20 min our VIP vouchers. 90 min massage covering with looots of oil, instead of being happy and relaxed after massage irritated and annoyed. Never again, much better places to go. Need to improve communication with the customers and the services.
