I emailed them regarding a sculpture that I was interested in having cast. They told me to call them, so I did. On the phone, the manager told me she'd get back to me either at the end of the week or on Tuesday with a quote. I waited until Tuesday, and I got no call back. Thinking they might have been talking about the following Tuesday, I called them back a week later to ask if they had any updates. I was connected with an employee who said she'd tell the manager to call me back the next Tuesday. Another week passed, and I've still had no response. I have decided to go with another company because this one does not seem to be reliable at all.
