Good space for shows, even if the "lobby" is like a corridor on the side. Seats have good views of a rather large stage that allows sizable shows.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A PHONE AND YOU ARE NOT WHITE.
My family, including two kids under 10, attended the show. At the start, the phone policy was clearly communicated, and we adhered to it. I occasionally glanced at my phone without sound to check the time and messages. However, one staff member unnecessarily flashed a light at me, presumably thinking I was recording. I tried to overlook this rude interruption. And they later changed their tone to no phones at all instead of no recording however many other people were on their phones..?? I asked for them to show me the written policy however they didn’t. I assume this is because they were making stuff up along the way.
Due to their overreaction, a woman behind me shouted at me during the show, insisting that I put my phone away. I attempted to explain that I wasn't doing anything wrong, but she became agitated whenever I checked the time. Eventually, my partner had to take the kids out to avoid further conflict.
After the intermission, a security guard with a tattoo on his left arm occupied my child's seat and kept a close watch on me. After 15 minutes, I discreetly checked my phone for the time, which led to an abrupt confrontation. They demanded my phone as a condition for me to stay, which I found extremely rude. Frustrated, I requested a refund and the guard agreed. I went to the lobby and waited for the refund.
To my dismay, they refused to refund me on the spot, and a staff member forcibly removed me from the premises. They even threatened to involve the police and claimed I was intoxicated and had assaulted someone, which was completely untrue. The director of the show even yelled at me without reason, which frightened the kids.
The police arrived and, thankfully, saw through their lies. I provided a truthful account of the events and requested charges against the staff member who assaulted me, along with a review of the lobby's CCTV footage. Despite their false accusations, the police released me, finding insufficient evidence to support their claims.
I want to emphasize that I did not violate their policies, and I should not have been subjected to such a traumatic and unjust experience.

Very scenic location, great for strolling and people watching.
Trendy shops and restaurants surround the venue.
The stage is entered from the second floor and you exit from below. Drinks are served upstairs.

Empire strips back was fantastic and the venue was a good fit. Weird to have all ticketing seemingly "outsourced" to an app, but It seemed to work well

Empire Strips Back show was one of the best burlesque shows I have seen. The audience was thoroughly engaged throughout. The dancers were top notch. Special shoutout to the host for such a wonderful show. Go see it when it comes again. You get to see top notch performance and comical take on the legendary Star Wars characters.

Came here for the Star Wars strip show. Stay classy y'all, the performers frown upon throwing dolla dolla bills on the stage. Come early to beat the line to the bar.

Every seat is a good seat. Location is fun but parking is a bear.
We saw Million Dollar Quartet. Having seen it before in Memphis, just down the street from Sun Records, I cannot give a fair evaluation of performance. The actors seemed to be having a good time while not necessarily doing the best mimics of their characters.
A real critique is that everyone in the cast spoke far too rapidly to be believable as Southerners. The cadence was jarring to my ears, knowing how folks talk in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
But I had had a great time all the same.
