Riverwood Park

During the rainy season, the roads are the worst. Been staying here for over 10 years and the roads are always bad inside the complex and most of the damage is because of the builders construction trucks. Water logging is a constant issue in the complex and despite many complaints to the builder, nothing has been done ever. Water logging causes a huge number of mosquito breeding which causes lots of diseases. I won't recommend it at all to get a flat here cause once the flat is sold by the builder, they won't be bothered to act on any of the residents'complaints. The roads are very rarely repaired mostly in the season when the sales are high so that they can fool the new customers into believing they have good roads.

Nice place but the traffic to reach here is waste of time.

At the time of booking they have given the possession date of dec 2024 and now its aug 2026. Kind of fraud they are doing. They keep changing sales staff so that they can ignore the clients completely so that they dnt have to ans the questions that customer has. Very poor client support after you book a flat.

Possession of Riverwood Park is delayed and the customer service team and builder doesn’t bother to update the customers with the possession date. Even if you go to the office to enquire, customer service team talks to you rudely and gives you false commitment date because now u have purchased the flat. Hope Riverwood management takes note of this

Booked flat in Feb'21 ,it was promise to get possesion till Marc'22 but still not getting possession,very slow work ,lot of false commitment .

Nice place for living with family.. Riwer wood is the place in which family are Secure.. All supportive pepole are there in case if face in trouble every one help to resolve as well...

During rainy season area is water locked. Ground floor flats will receive water inside. The area will be so dirty and stinky during rainy season. Would not get tenant for your flat. Poor Appreciation for your flat. Builder do not bother about complaint.
