The Green Park is located next to Buckingham Palace. If you’re going to Buckingham Palace from the nearest metro - Green Park station -, you have to walk through the park to get there.

The park is very clean and well manicured. There are seat offerings at the area, and you can pay ~6 pounds for an hour of seating there. Nice place to enjoy the sun or walk your dog. There’s also two booths selling hot dogs for a snack. There’s sufficient space for you to chill out.

A place for oxygen in the midst of a densely populated city. Right by the side of Buckingham palace and full of exotic birds, huge trees and greenery. Open for picnic too

Very clean and lots of unique light, architecture and landscaping to frame pictures. I went for sunset. But this area would be much better for sunrise photos. Ideal lens range 24-200mm.

Pleasant, clean park on the doorstep of Buckingham Palace.

Hire deck chairs for a fee, or sit on the grass for free.

Direct access can be found via Green Park Station. Small snack bar nearby.

Impressive WW2 Bomber Command monument to be found at the west side, toward Wellington Arch.

A place for couples and families to spend their time in the fresh air with green nature. Wide area of grassy land and tall trees. Jogging track and food facility. Highly recommended for couples and families to visit.

Green park, is the smallest Royal park. I spent a few hours relaxing and sunbathing here. It was so quiet and peaceful here. There are war memorials and memorial gates dedicated to the personnel from India, Africa and the Caribbean, who lost there lives in the world wars.

The green park is very beautiful, you can find huge historical trees here that date back to the early 1900s and possibly later. The lawn is very clean and well-kept. There are many spots to choose from if you would like to sit on the grass and have a picnic or just relax. I would definitely recommend it for groups or families that are looking for a good spot to enjoy time together with nature.
