Nothing bad to say about the Wiener Prater! It’s big, green, and has tons of running paths, both on dirt and on concrete depending on your preference. Perfect place to take the kids to the playground or go for a picnic.

The perfect place in the city for a walk 8n tge nature

You have to differentiate between the amusement park and the giant "Green" Prater park. The amusement park is quaint and has some stuff for small children that date back a century. The green park is a precious place to have in the city. On hot days it is 5 or 6 degrees cooler. You walk, ride, inline skate, skateboard, and swim there. There are multiple playgrounds for all ages. We spend a lot of time there with our 2 grandkchildren.

Viennas iconic public park and permanent fun fair. There are dog parks, playgrounds, lakes, bars and of course a funfair with Viennas iconic Riesenrad. Excellent place to bring your dog or your kids. Good accessibility with public transportation (trains and tram 1) but parking can be a bit of a problem.

Biggest public Park in vienna. Good for Sports (running etc) and eating / drinking, both with family and Business/private (eg the kolarik Restaurants)
