Beef Club

We had a late dinner and everything was wonderful. Had the whole grilled bream and my wife had the lasagna. Service was good and the waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Stay away from this place! Horrible service and over priced items! I was very disappointed at our experience here. Apparently we went there near closing time, they said they are open and seated us, but then a waiter (named Hakim) came and was very rude to us! He was upset to get a last set of customers! The management needs to train Hakim, because he doesn't know how to serve customers! He made us uncomfortable and created a bad experience for us in our last night in Cologne. If it wasn't too hard to find a place for dinner before 10pm in Cologne, we would have left immediately!

Not to mention they charged us 10 euros for a bottle of still water!! Never paid this much in a restaurant at Europe or anywhere else for water! It's rediculous!

I strongly suggest if they don't feel like serving customer, they should just say they are closed rather than accepting them and disrespecting them! Also, they should reconsider their water pricing! It's more expensive than beer!!

The food was awesome, we enjoyed the fresh oyster. However, the service was lousy 👎🏽, we ordered a few main dishes, like fresh Oyster, mixed Grill and tomahawk beef. We received everything except for the tomahawk beef. The waiter didn’t tell us that the food out of stock. Instead, we just kept waiting until we called them. The fresh oyster supposed to be appetizer, instead, the food was served all at once ..OMG!

The food was excellent. The service was fast. We were surprised, since it was very crowded. Highly recommend Tagliatelle with salmon in cream sauce. Prices are suitable for a place near Rhein in the centre of Köln.

Incredibly unprofessional waiting staff, I highly do not recommend. My mother and I were sent table to table and waiters would tell us no this place is taken, and would send us to another table to be told that it was also reserved. To which we finally asked which table was free and we were not given a direct answer. Even though it was a busy time, a level of professionalism is at least expected. We eventually left and went to a nicer restaurant that is just a few meters away.

Thiefs! At the end of the meal I asked the waiter and the chief waiter if the check was correct and they couldn't even answer my doubts about what was I paying. It results in 3,90 euros for a glass of tap water shared between 2 people (wonder how much a bottle costs) and 11 euros "diverse speisen" that weren't able to describe. Absolutely not recommended

Dined in the terrace area overlooking the Rhine. Amazing location, friendly staff and great seafood. The pizza was also tasty. Steak was unfortunately under cooked against my request for medium rare. Chalking it up to the cook having an off night. The total experience was very enjoyable.
