I visited this establishment today and was called a black b..ch by a young Hispanic woman that worked there. ..It's a shame that racism is on the rise. Very demeaning experience.
The meat balls use to be the size of a golf ball,now, they are gum balls.look. The prices of food might be the same, but the quality is much smaller.
Worst customer service in the area lady would not give me a cup of water . Would not recommend this place to anyone , food is trash and undercooked . Nasty food , worst place ever. Never going to this subway

I went to this location on yesterday. I had a coupon that you get in the mail for a footlong sandwich for 6.99. I know the new sandwiches are not apart of the coupon so I order a regular sandwich. The cashier tried to ring up the coupon and after several attempts then says we don't take this coupon. I have use this coupon at other subway without a problem. With me retiring from retail doing thirty five years I would have done something instead of having customer walk out the door. I was taught customer satisfaction was the number one priority. Truly disappointed.
I order at 7:00pm for my sandwich to be ready at 7:45pm by 8pm they lost my ticket and would not look up my food and would not give me a refund. Manager was not sympathetic and refused a refund. Workers did nothing but speak to one another in Spanish completely ignoring me. If I could give no stars they would get it.
The service was lousy. The cashier didn't speak English well enough to communicate with me and answer questions asked. They didn't honor my coupon and told me they would take it on my next trip. First time in this store in a couple of years. I don't know if there has been a staff change. However, I refuse to utilize this location anymore. The sandwich wasn't good, the lettuce and tomatoes were bad. I asked for specific tomatoes and still received what the server chose to give me. Extremely unhappy with the quality of service during my visit.
