Elmendorf Reformed Church

We wanted to attend a traditional mass in Harlem not a show for tourists. We had a very warm welcome, right from the door. The members of this community were very kind to us and invited us to be part of the ceremony like anyone else present here that Sunday morning. Reverend Jimmy Williams sermons was awesome and enlightening, what a blast ! Now we understand so much more of the American culture, Harlem folks carry an heritage in them and they sing it. In the end, a small church filled with people with great hearts, merci à vous tous !

I really enjoy going to this church.And you can come as you are. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly .The pastor can really preach she puts the word into everyday life experience. Almost forgot they have an Amazing choir. If I didn't live far I would definitely join.

Helped to renovate this church a few years ago on a mission trip. The people were fantastic and the music was very uplifting. I will be coming to the church everytime I am in NYC. :)
