Perhaps I love this viewing point (miradouro) the best. It's an elegant place for chilling in the sun and with a fantastic view. It has a fairly young, mostly local crowd hanging out.
Lovely place to relax . A bit away from the centre so not over crowded but always with people around.

Small little park with a superb view a couple little green spaces to set up for a picnic or sit down. There’s lots of benches around and a nice little courtyard.
steep climb but excellent view, next to the oldest streetcar (Ascensor do Lavra) that takes you downtown again, worth while!
I missed the sunset, but this place is a beautiful scenic place to visit as sunset as you would get the same view as you would get from Sao Jorge’s castle. It's a nice place to hang out with friends, read a book, just have a breather and yes, it also has space for children. I'd definitely go back to catch up with the sunset here.
love this place. You can relax on the quiet lower tier or listen to music and drink something on the upper tier. A well-kept garden with flowers and an incredible view
