Visited the place for work. Nice place. Loved the pool design

Spacious layout for units and master could accommodate a bath tub. Just newly renovated children’s playground with facilities like mini basketball court and re-decked poolside flooring. Tennis court also well maintained. Covered walkway till lakeside mrt. 50m lap pool at 1.2m deep. I hope for more outdoor seatings by the poolside with shade made available for residents to enjoy the various pools.

Just for curiosity sake....security wasn't as tight. HOW come I could sneak inside and out and suddenly befriended an Indian who lived inside this condominium. He personally told me exactly the same scenerio whilst vacationing with his daughter.

Impressive facilities. Spacious gym and big swimming pool. However some blocks may face the issue of MRT noise.

The condominium is located in a good place with convenience of closure to boonlay and lakeside mrt as well but connectivity to many other places. The pool is well maintained and there are good facilities for residents.

Convenient access and connectivity to the rest of the city via PIE and AYE. Value for money.
Residents can indulge in many benefits:
