Excellent 1st class service friendly staff. Lovely to see chef in kitchen from our table. Large portions great menu. Walking distance from our hotel. Welll worth a visit.

Came here on a Wednesday evening. The food and wine was amazing and the service was great, everyone was so friendly. Would recommend!

It was a stroke of luck that we found this restaurant. Very friendly staff, perfect ambience and everything was very well maintained and clean. You can see into the kitchen, which is always a good sign. I would recommend Pinocchio in Bournemouth to anyone and I don't understand some of the comments. Great team from the kitchen to the service. We will be back definitely. Thank you very much.

We had had a stressful work day and when we arrived late at our hotel we couldn’t get into their restaurant. We went looking for somewhere to eat and came across this gem. The food was excellent, we had the specials for both starters and mains. The welcome and service made it a great way to finish the day and change our mood. A totally chilled and welcoming place and a great way to relax, enjoy good food and pass a few hours. We would highly recommend.

3rd visit here (hubby and daughters 1st) and have to say have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, chatty and fun. The food choice is good for a fussy eater like me and what I have chosen has never disappointed. This time my chicken dish was amazing with the veg cooked to perfection, hubby loved his seafood linguine and daughter thought her pizza was so nice she ate every bit and didn't need a takeaway box. As for the dessert, could have eaten several portions of it. Little bit expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Service was alright, but I needed to go for my own drinks. Staff needs to be allocated to tables. Staff also spending a lot of time speaking with other people and needed to be chased if we wanted anything.
Food was lush, lovely starters, nice pasta and taste, and dessert was the best. I will definitely come back.

From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by a grumpy staff member who showed us to a table. However, there was a nice English man who served us.

The food was very poor. I had ordered garlic bread, which was quite bland and dry. My main was a pepperoni pizza. The base looked as if it was shop bought, and there was an obsessive amount of cheese on the pizza. Overall, I was very disappointed with the food quality.
