The worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food tasted off (it was). No point complaining in these places, just move on and forget about the experience (after posting a Google review that is)!
We only read the reviews while being seated and served. We made a joke about the low review would be. I estimated 2.3 but a 1.3 out of +1400 amazed us. We got the 2,40 per person couvert which is less than they would have gotten with a tip (nonetheless unlawful without notification up front). The pizza was not bad but the risotto was not good. The risotto seemed to be regular rice and not risotto. The bruschetta with salmon was roasted (old) toast with some salmon and mostly mayonnaise. The serving people were 1 lady and one guy. The guy obviously has some personal issues given his aggressiveness towards people (not us but we saw it towards others). The lady was very nice and she had to cover up for all the screw ups of the guy. I feel really sorry for the lady because she was so nice!
We did see others on the terrace struggling with the bill (obviously being billed a lot more than they ordered).
Overall I would say avoid the place because of the scam like bills. European law is clear on this; if it’s not properly communicated up front you do not have to pay for extras. If they still do; call the cops yourself or threat with it because they know they cannot do this.
In our case we took the 4,60 and left without leaving a tip.
By the way the 1L white wine for 12 EUR was ok after a few drinks.
To the nice lady; I feel sorry for the appeal you had to make up for every screw up of the guy! I would advice you to go work somewhere else because you deserve better! Otherwise to the management of the place; fire the frustrated anger issue guy!
