Great tour! Very informative and delicious. My 10 years old and my 14 years old both enjoyed it. Highly recommend you go for the option of creating your own chocolate bar.
We did the Factory Adventure Tour. It was very interesting and very well presented. We had a lot of fun! I highly recommend this tour. Everything you can buy in the shop is handmade and very delicious.
Had an amazing experience until the tour just ended the lady who was on the custom chocolate making area (later she went to reception area) she asked us 2-3 times literally to go outside if we are not buying custom chocolate which was really rude because I just wanted to see how they were making it and it was one of the reasons why I went there at first place!! I am sure she didn’t mean it but my motive behind writing this is that she hopefully doesn’t repeat it and let customers stand and see how a custom chocolate is made even if they are not buying it!!! Other than this my experience was great and it was so much fun to see how chocolate is made!! Ali was amazing!!! Chocolates were delicious too specially the marshmallow ones yummmmmmm!!! Highly recommended place!!
1 of many activities to do while in Kissimmee, Florida. Not expensive, if you can contain yourself not to buy all the chocolate. Tour provide was informative, interactive, funny, and delicious. Personalized chocolate if you're interested.
Ali was our tour guide! Also did a chocolate and wine tasting with Cheryl at the Sheraton resort. Both wonderful people who gave us an amazing experience! We got our delicious customized chocolate bars for a great price! Everybody was very friendly there too!
We had an awesome time. Our guide Arlene was energetic & very knowledgeable. She was also entertaining which made the tour memorable. I saw adults inner child around me come alive. We appreciated the part about having a chocolate bar made at the end in front of you. We were excited about that part.

This is a must see!!! Such a great little tour! So entertaining and fun for everyone. My 4year old and 9 year old loved it. We learned so many interesting and fun facts about chocolate from where and who discovered it first, to how they made it into what we buy now. We also had fun samples along the way (not just plain chocolate samples, but what the Mayans and others had! And cocoa beans!) and our tour guide Cheryl was so great!! She was entertaining, and made this entire experience an EXPERIENCE! we all told my husband wow great job finding this place and booking it! The tour wasn’t too long or too short it was just right! The chocolate was so yummy and we got to buy some at the end!! So happy we did the chocolate kingdom tour.
