Very poor customer experience can never call and get these people.

My preferred location to pay utility bills. Each time you visit you have the feeling that the drive is on to improve customer relations. In the peak period you will have Officers walking the floor offering assistance where they can. A self using machine installed for you to create and print your bill. Technology good for the young and the old.

Friendly staff, willing to help. Great products and convenient locations.

This is the worst store ever!!. I took in my voucher from January 29th to pay my bill, the guy at the front desk took the voucher and said by the end of the day it will be applied. It's now February 13th and all now. Went back to the store abd I'm being told that I need to join this long raas line and wait all day to be told why they didn't apply it... on top of that the reps are so condescending and untrained. Called their phone number and it rang without answer. JPS is the worst!!!!
