Wrentham Village Premium Outlets

I am a hospitality reviewer of resorts, hotels, and travel destination properties around the world. To Simon Properties, the design of your mall is nice, walking areas, plenty of parking, store variety. It is recommended to have either a food court or indoor area where people can sit down and relax, especially with very cold, very hot, rainy, or snowy days. Having an indoor sitting area would provide a greater convenience and increase business for your food stands and for the property overall. A mall of this size needs an indoor area since all stores are entered from the outside. Much of a consumer's time will be spent outdoors. You should consider posting some signs in multiple languages based on your demographics, and also have employees that speak those languages. Overall the mall provided a decent experience, but it was immediately noticeable the options that were not available. Most surprising an indoor sitting area or food court option, considering weather is an important business factor. The mall cannot reach full potential until you provide consumers a reason to visit regardless of most weather conditions, solo, couple, or family, and stay longer.

While other malls in the area struggle ( cough cough Emerald Square), Wrentham continues to strive, consistently adding new stores and avoiding significant vacancies.

It's hard to go there and leave without multiple shopping bags.

My wife likes shopping. Not me. Unfortunately, there is no place where one can wait, no place to relax and eat. No food court. Instead of that, they put everwhere ugly containers with all kind of junk food. It smells everywhere and you have to consume it outside. Fantastic concept for hot or cold days. The designer failed to understand that people do need also something else than just 160 shops. The overall impression is not good.

Definitely interesting outlet village.
Great brands and some good sales.
Some stores were outstanding with extra discounts (Nike, Crocks, Adidas, Guess, Jimmy Choo, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Carl Lagerfeld, On Fifth )
Great inventory.
For a Friday was great - not too busy, not many waiting lines.
Couple food trucks and snack shacks are available.
Bathrooms were on the clean side.

Very cool Outlet! The prices are good eh, the quality is excellent! I recommend it to everyone who wants to make good purchases, come by Wrentham Village Premium Outlets!!

6/19/23–Stopped by here today . Walked the whole complex . What’s new they added a play station for kids . There a truck that sell food as well : tacos , falafel , hotdogs , popcorn etc . There are three or four lemonade stands . I got a regular size for 7.95 no sugar . It really is straight from the lemon . I def found prices higher compared to pre-pandemic . There is an Armani store , Burberry no LV but that’s okay . I enjoyed my time here . Would prob go again before the end of the year

This premium outlet is awesome. Good deals available in most of the store. My wife enjoyed shopping here.
