Chittagong Central Shaheed Minar (Memorial for martyrs of language movement and Independence movement) complex is renovated and now launched for mass people to pay homage to national heroes. The area has become more capacious than previous one. An amphitheater is also constructed there.

Must say good design..

Since my childhood, I am always fascinated by this place. We used to ponder for the sight of the tiger statues and cheered the majestic hills, full of greenery and freshness. Newly added the elevated expressway is giving Tigerpass an international road view. Amazing!!!

A very busy circle and one of the most known place of ctg.

Tiger Pass is the name of this place because of a statue of a tiger. This is the place from where you can visit multiple area in the city. Here one way is to go to GEC, 2 No Gate, Kalurghat, another way is to go to Abrabad, Seabeach, Halishahar, another way is to go to New Market, Railway Station, Natun Bridge, another way is to go to Khulshi, A.K Khan Etc.

টাইগারপাস! এক ঐতিহাসিক জনপদের নাম। ব্রিটিশ ভারতের শাসকশ্রেণীর লোকজন এই জনপদের উপরে পাহাড়ী টিলায় নান্দনিক স্থাপত্যে নির্মীত অসম বেঙ্গল রেলওয়ের হেডকোয়ার্টার এ বসবাস করতেন। সে কারণে এই জনপদ গুরুত্তপূর্ণ ব্যক্তিরা ব্যাবহার করতেন। জনশ্রুতি আছে এই রাস্তার দুইপাশের পাহাড় থেকে বাঘেরা নেমে রাস্তা পারাপার করতো অনায়াসে। সেজন্যই রাস্তাটার নাম টাইগার পাস!

If someone ever needs to fill "Never To Grow Up", then this is go to place. This evergreen place will set anyone nostalgic about the old times and pass by through this place. One of my favorite place of school days make me say "Where's the time gone?"

Tigerpass is an important junction for Chittagong. Is is the Junction of four important road. Anyone can access newmarket (Biponi Bitan), Agrabad, GEC or pahartoli easily through tigerpass. It is natural place where have some hill. From tigerpass people can go to batali hill, CRB or pologround in a walking distance.

This Shaheed Minar Open For Everyone, but In Occasion It's Become Restricted for safety issue in Too Much Crowd.

Chittagong Central Shahid Minar very nice architectural monument. Only government holiday or special occasion open for all. Otherwise always gate locked. Outside of this Shahid Minar area boundary daytime hawker sit in there. Not secure in night time there if it's look beautiful but don't go alone there.#notsecured #letsguide .

Some people died by Pakistan army since 21 Feb 1952 for stabilise our Bangla language in govt regular work instead of Urdu. For their great work Bangladesh govt build some monument. It's build in Chittagong.
