It’s hidden place in the center of Lyon. Looks better on the pictures.

Well if you're in the neighbourhood, sure. Why not? It is pretty but you should also see the other artworks on the other walls as well. It's a nice neighbourhood to explore.

A local student helped us find these famed Blue Stairs we saw on a postcard. Nice place to visit off the beaten path.

Nice place to take a picture and you usually don't find a lot of people here.

Very impressive statute one several located in Place Carnot, so worth a visit as there are also several items of historical interest there. A walk from Place Carnot to Place Bellecour along Rue Victor Hugo takes about 20 minutes and has lots of shops and small cafes. Rue Victor Hugo is a pedestrian are but watch for cars where it is crossed by a number of side streets

This is one of those "off the beaten track" tourists' discovery. I stumbled upon this by accident whilst trying to find Perrache station. In a Christmas market park stands this tall statue. It's supposedly Marianne, who represents the Republic, with a lion beside her. I could just make out the Gallic Rooster stomping on a snake. Interesting as a passing interest for me. Worth searching for it? You decide.

nice statue located in a moderately busy area. The history and detail of the statue are interesting once you google it.
Good place to relax and spend sometime before heading to other sites.
Beautiful sculpture, I found interesting the concept of personifying The Republic in a statue, it is a very dashing picture the one of the monument; the park is also beautiful yet small a little; it is next to the Perrache Station so it is very well communicated to be visited.
Lovely place to visit and see
