Top Amusement park rides in Farmington, United States

Their Wild kingdom train ride imprisons big cats and other helpless animals in tiny cages. These awful enclosures do not even meet the bare minimum standards of accreditation by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums., The animals are visibly depressed. Boycott this park until these poor animals are moved to reputable facilities!

Super depressing experience. The animals are living in cramped, gross, inhumane cages and they look utterly miserable. I don’t understand why this would be enjoyable for anyone.

Great train ride until it becomes the tour of sad animals. We should let those animals have better lives…

Not Bad, since Hogle Zoo is pausing care for elephants anyway, why not please dedicate yourself towards replacing those silly corrals with three larger, much more innovative exhibits featuring a mountain exhibit featuring Whitetail Deer and Stone Sheep, a Jungle Exhibit featuring Breeding herds of Tapirs, Indian Rhinos, and Asian Elephants respectively, as well as a Permanent Madagascar Exhibit located next to Wild Mouse featuring Lemurs, Fossa, and Fanalokas to truly promote Wildlife Conservation more than ever! After all, Lagoon is closer to the GSL coast than any other Zoo, so please consider!

Great ride for kids!

It’s a good train ride that goes around the big pond. I wish they would get ride of those poor animals and do something else though. Lagoon is an amusement park, not a zoo.

Such a fun ride. Adults can go if you’re taking a young child.

It’s an alright ride for kids. Kids like it but it’s nothing super exciting.

Just your average bumper cars. Nothing really special. One good thing is the line for this isn’t usually super long.

Even though it’s more of a kid ride, I really enjoy it! It’s similar to Ladybug Bop which is right next to it. I know they are the exact same, but I prefer Dinosaur Drop a little more because there is shade above each seat.

This ride is fun. It’s for kids but really fun for adults as well. It’s next to Dinosaur Drop and the exact same ride. I do prefer Dinosaur Drop a little bit more only because they have shade coverings over each seat.

I highly recommend riding this ride! It is identical to ladybug bop next door but it is a great kiddy ride! Although it is closed right now!

It is very sad. In the lion's "area" a lion took up 1/4 of the whole space. It was a small lion. They were CRAMMED there. The animals should live somewhere else because I read that animals die there ALL THE TIME.

Horrible to see these animals in cages this way. The train would be an enjoyable experience without having to see such cruelty. Do better Lagoon.

I can't believe this gem at Lagoon does not have more reviews. At least the ones it does have are five star. Look, I will level with you. I went skydiving today. It was really fun. Thanks Skydive Utah in Tooele! But I like Skycoaster more. It's an incredibly fun experience from start to finish and your ears don't hurt from sudden altitude changes. The free fall is identical to jumping out of a plane and the giant swing element is so much fun! I try to get on this at least twice a year. Worth every penny. The absolute best Lagoon has to offer.

What else can I say expect that this ride is fantastic! It is $15 per ride, if you have a season pass, it is $10, be sure to ask the employee in case they don’t ask you! The employees are super friendly and this ride is such an adrenaline rush. It is incredibly tall and you can tell how tall it is when you’re up there! It is such an incredible ride and I would highly recommend it!

As of yesterday, they have a sale for the pass from $15 a person to $10 a person. I’m assuming that you would normally have to tell the employee working. This ride is so scary but I would highly recommend as it is a lot of fun and the employees were very friendly!

This is one of my favorite flat rides in the park. It is in my opinion just as good as samurai. The line usually takes a long time which really sucks, but that's the only real flaw with this thing. Otherwise it just spins you around and flips you and hangs you upside down which is so much fun.

My three year old loves this because he loves fire trucks and the ride was not that bad, even for me, thirty nine years old! The effects are better then the ride, if you ask me!

This ride is only there for our own entertainment. It gives off a feeling that they don't even care about the animals this cruel ride contains. As you ride by you can hear kids and adults saying "look at the tigers!" And they are oblivious to how cruel it really is. I don't really pay attention to the animals when I ride it, I pay attention to the small details about their enclosures and environment. I have noticed that the large cats such as the tiger and lions are forced to live on a small concrete floor with little to do, that is why they sleep all day. They are not supplied nearly enough with what they need. And the wildebeest and the boars are lucky enough to have dirt flooring. And some plants. It is heart breaking to see this. In 2011, Lagoon got a fine for neglecting the need to clean one of the enclosures, it was caked with bird poop, water bowls with algae, and broken down shelter area. It may look a little better now, but they still are miles off from meeting the animals needs. If they are not going to care for their animals they need to send them somewhere where someone can and who loves them. Like this review to show them we care and have noticed how they are treating their animals.
