Great place to visit and see the migratory birds and also see the marshland birds too. Kids will like this place too. They also have a buggy ride around the marshland with stops to sight birds. If you are lucky , you can spot some gazelles too.

Nice place to visit to spend 2 hours.
It will get in winter time only since they will take you to round of the complete park for 15 in baggies, in summer it will be hot weather.

Many birds you can see inside, visibility of deer are not sure it will visible if you have luck.

Overall it must be recommended place to visit in good weather. The price is 15AED including 15 minutes buggie trip.
Loved the experience so here are a few details that may help you out.
Charges per adult 15aed.
You park near the entrance and walk to reception area once you have paid the fees to enter the gate.
Near the reception area is the inside/ac observatory of such beautiful birds.
Time spent approx 10 to 15 min here.
Then take a "token" from reception area IF you wana do the golf cart drive around the bird sanctuary.
Same venue has a small shop of souvenirs, priced quite reasonably.
The other option is hiking through the trail approx time is over an hour approximately.
We chose the golf cart due elderly guests with us.
The cart drive takes approx 25min with 2 or 3 stops for bird spot watching areas.
Hope u have a lovely time here.
The place opens at 11 am, but arriving by 11.30 would be ideal as the ticket counter person starts at that time. The security takes note of the number of people and informs the counter, who then brings the card swiper and tickets. The admission fee is 15 Dhs for adults, while kids below 12 years enter for free. It's definitely worth visiting this place, especially with kids, as there are various bird species and even a buggy ride. However, I do believe that the management should take steps to improve the process flow of the ticket counter to reception and enhance the overall hospitality.

A nice place to visit with kids. Best time to visit is between december to april as one can enjoy maximum number of migratory birds. We visited in january 2024. Very clean n tidy place. Well maintained. Staff was kind n polite but without smiles. Adequate information available for each section. Good views both indoor n outdoor. Ample parking space. Nominal ticket price.

It's a great place to see some rare birds. Would have been better if there were some guides to explain the detailing of the birds. Also, the timing of the visit is quite critical. We went when there were no migratory birds, but I would imagine it would be great to see the birds in the natural environment of the wetlands.

Visited with my daughter and 3year old grandson. We enjoyed walking around the display area of birds and identifying different birds from the information boards. Also, the footprints are a good game. The wall puzzles are great, too. Young children and over 60s get in free. The only issue was the lack of fresh water for some(not all) of the birds it looked green/stagnant, and the birds didn't look happy, especially the pelicans :(. We then went on the mini safari trip and saw the wildlife. The shop was good to look around and buy gifts and reminders of our trip. We think we'd come again.
Staff was rude.
Take a quick tour, they said.
Thier was 1.5hr left why quick?

Security came and close light while we were leaving.rude

The coffee area has a lot of potential.
Can be leased to a proper coffee and out door area can be open especially in winter.
It can be trendy if advertised correctly.

It’s very nice place to visit with kids.
Lots to learn about animal, their habitat and lifestyle.
Kids enjoy the day fully it’s far from the city but worthy of your visit.
The range of animals showcased and many and of variety.
Engages any visitors.
It’s the best spot out of the 4 places to visit in the Sharjah Desert Park.
This was an amazing visit. 1 ticket grand you to 3 experience though due to the heat, we only went to the air conditioned zoo. The animals are all well kept with ample spaces and if you are a snakes fan, you will find numerous examples of desert snakes here (as well as lizards). The air-conditioned indoor aviary is mind blowing for me as a traveller from Asia (maybe it's a norm in Middle East?). The best is saved for the last, which are the leopards.
The place is good for kids. It’s divided into 4 sections:
Farm animals
Arabian animals
Botanic garden
Mesuem kinds of informative

This area is completely Indoor which means can be visited during peak summer as well.

Tkt price is approx. 51 aed per adult (+15 years). Below 15 can enjoy for free
Sharjah offers one of the best family-friendly destinations, with a ticket cost of just 21 AED for adults and free admission for kids below 13. The experience they provide is well worth the price, allowing you to spend an entire day there. It's also a great place for a picnic, with plenty of green spaces available. Divided into four sections, you can explore the Children's Farm, Arabian Wildlife Centre, Islamic Botanical Garden, and the museum.

Amazing Indoor Park for families especially for kids👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The Park is located in Sharjah, Al Dhaid Road. There are Four different parks inside (1. Children’s Park, 2. Arabian Wildlife Center, 3. Islamic Botanical Garden & 4. Museum) and the entry fee is only 20 + 5% vat. dirhams and free entry for kids below 12 years old who accompanied by an adult.
