I’ve never been a big fan of minced chicken kebab, but after trying it from Hatam, I’m a convert! It was so flavorful, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The delivery was quick, and everything arrived hot and fresh. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place
We ordered 4 mixed grills for 5 people, but the food was so bad we couldn’t even finish 3 plates. It was stale, smelly, and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. On top of that, the service was awful—our food took forever, and the waiter looked completely uninterested. When we tried to complain, it felt like we were talking to a wall—no apologies or solutions. Overall, the food was inedible, the service was terrible, and the staff didn’t seem to care till I threatened them of not paying the bill.
I won’t be coming back.

Along with stale and smelly kebabs and rubber breads is the beauty of very unsatisfactory customer service. Had to throw away half the food and go to a different restaurant to buy a shawerma. Very disappointing as their mirdif branch has excellent food.
Nice kebab and food
The location in a mall , seating is very average. The service was shoddy with only one waiter and one cashier present. The meats were overcooked and quite tough. The accompanied pitta bread was not fresh. There was an obvious indifference in preparing and serving the food. For the prices, a much better experience and food can be had a numerous other food places around

We encountered an incident of dishonesty at Hatam Restaurant in Sahara Mall today. We possess food coupons valued at AED 50 each, which are attached herewith. Upon our arrival at 7:30 pm, the Hatam team informed us that the food had run out due to a rush. However, we did not observe any significant rush at the restaurant. It appears that they are engaging in fraudulent activities with the coupons, as they failed to provide any food and are claiming reimbursement from Gulf New Company using our coupons.

Amazing food, the quality is great and taste is perfect.
Food was burnt. The arayes felt like the meat was fused to the bread. The kebabs were stale & rubbery. They had flies as guests. And the service was tardy. Definitely not recommended.
We should say appreciated the food ordered lamb Tikka was super soft scrumptious and so fulling highly recommended

Had a buffet dinner after a long time.. and it was worth it! The food was so delicious from Salad to Desserts everything was perfect! Also the persian tea served at the End! Will visit again soon
I visited here for dinner with my friends. It was a nice dining experience for us. The hospitality was good, and it’s one of the best buffets I’ve had. The restaurant’s ambiance is superb with very spacious dining. Separate washroom facilities are available for gents and ladies, and card payment is possible. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Crystal Plaza building. They offer free parking in the parking lot, which is available on the opposite side of the building.overall experience was good
We dine in here for open buffet in dinner time. There were lots of food choices. It’s worth of money. Food is delicious. Per person 65dhs for buffet
Sultani Kebab is not the perfect choice, dry, tough and looks it was cooked several times! Gilo Kebab and chicken Tikka was very normal and you can buy better quality with such price! Soup was solty and without tast. Will not try it again for sure.

It's spacious!!! Awesome place if you want to enjoy some good time with family and friends. The have enough space both inside and outside.
Pocket friendly buffet with all items included, so you will really enjoy the time spent. Very near to sharjah corniche and gold souks. Staff are friendly and polite, all together good to visit restaurant.

The place is a bit worn down and not great ambience as I would've preferred. There was a wide range of grill and salad which makes it worth the visit. Atleast 10-15 meat and fish varieties and plenty of fruits and salads. I loved the fresh variety of salads, one of the best Tabbouleh I've had. Not so crowded.
Visiting for lunch during weekdays.. Loved the buffet... Starting from Salad, Soup , different type of starters in chicken, mutton and fish...

Nice taste, good service
This is the first time we try Hatam at Sahara Mall, and honestly i wasn't impressed with the food as they told me, the place has its own corner at the food court, and looks nice from outside, however the food isn't delicious as it looks in the menu. we have ordered a mix grill plate for 3 person, it comes with a mix rice plate. the rice ok, however the grill wasn't so good. their service is below average and they are over priced comparing to similar places.
