I wish if there is no star i can give this branch .

The employee who works at the cashier is racist and speaks in an ugly, loud voice. When I asked why he was doing this, he told me that he was in a bad mood, and if I did not like it, I could leave the restaurant !!!!

I asked him i need to speak his supervisor but unfortunately the supervisor was a girl and she did not speak English well. She refused to help me. I asked them to fill out a complaint form and i ask the name of the casher but they refused to tell me about the employee’s name, but they refused. Under the the reason that the name cannot be given, which is part of the company’s rules, the complaint form was filled out and they were laughing at me

That cashier was A young man with a beard and long red hair and eyeglass
In the end i go to burger kings
They where very polite and good service

Great, worst KFC I have ever been to all around a Europe. Congratulations! Wrap without a sauce and missing items. How am I supposed to prove that guy that i am missing fries?? I showed empty hand, he laughed. But I am still hungry, went to McDonalds instead.

The workers are amazing, the place is amazing, the drinks amazing, they are fast, I'm big fan of KFC, i love KFC so much...

The order arrived 40 minutes later than the promised time, because of a shortage of personnel. Once we opened the package, we realized that one item (a €8 salad) was missing, as you can see reading the long bill (what we bought) and the short bill (what we received) . Then, we called many times the shop, but nobody replied. In the end, we paid for something we didn't receive.
