I went with my family and ordered burgers, chicken tenders, and a kid's meal and OMG it was so delicious. Seriously, you have to try their burgers my wife and kids were so happy after we ate. A girl cashier was attending us, and she was amazing it was very busy when we were waiting around but her service was excellent. Overall, a great place to enjoy food!

Had Fatburger after a long time and it did not disappoint. I ordered the bacon and cheddar burger as a meal and it was so good. Loved the food and the staff such a jolly nature and great service!

Asked for no condiments, staff did not listen, I asked them to redo the burger they gave biggest attitude I’ve seen in a long time. Not coming here again.

I meant to take a picture of my food but I totally forgot. Fatburger is delicious if you know it. The service here was great, I got my food in a good amount of time, and it's cooked right there in front of it. No burger patties sweating in a tray.

I'm here for the weekend and I'll probably eat here again.

Ordered a spicy chicken burger they gave me a chicken wrap with blue cheese dressing, I am allergic to blue cheese and wasn’t even aware that kfc had blue cheese. You better hope I didn’t swallow any of it and I don’t end up in anaphylactic shock because I will be suing if I do.

Went to Fatburger a couple of days ago and this was by far one of the best ones that I have had. Burger was exactly what I was expecting for the price and the curly fries were phenomenal. Will definitely come back. Only thing that lacked was the service, which after ordering didnt even acknowledge my existence

Not just a beef with this particular place but the entire chain. They send out coupons in the mail that say "Enjoy these offers on kfc dot ca and In-store" and they won't honor the offers. Went to two different locations and they had no idea how to honor the $10 mighty box for two from the mail flyer. I believe they put lucrative deals on the front of the flyer to get you into the store then tell you it's not available when you get there. Sort your stuff out KFC.

My big crunch was neither big nor crunch.

Tried their Ultimate BBQ Burger! It was a mouthful of Ultimate Flavour! It was absolutely awesome with an equal awesome presentation! Loved watching them putting it together! I will for sure return!

The server charged me for the bags without asking even if I need any bags or not. Not good.

Had the original,mushroom,Hawaiian, California burger, and I did a burger challenge once for a t shirt and got it as well! Burger ingredients are descent, wish the patties were seasoned more and had more crispy pieces.

Stand out is the milkshakes. They're so creamy,fatty,sweet and just delicious. One of the top places fir a shake for sure.

It was very disappointing visit last week. Ordered 4 pieces chicken tenders. When I opened the box, the size looked like chicken nuggets. And missing vegetable ( carrots and celery used to have). I went back, an Indian lady cashier saw me but ignored me almost 8 mins, then slowly walked to me. I told her need to the supervisor and got refund. I won’t go back to that location. The food portion was not right and the service even worse.

They do not know how to do there job, I asked for her to make it a “go large” combo which is .99 extra and tried charging me $5 extra instead 🤯 and then I get a normal regular size fries and the shiftiest twister wrap I’ve ever seen, 1 small chicken, a very small amount of lettuce and they didnt even wrap the wrap. They folded it like a rectangle and wrapped it up. I’m not joking when I say it was a flat wrap.

This place needs proper training because they don’t know how to cook or Handle food.

Well, this turned out to be the worst experience ever, but my youngest wanted kfc,staff looking out from order window doddling,one lady taking orders, not sure she knew what she was doing.we got a wrap meal and a box meal all crammed with napkins and ketchup in a small lunch size bag,the fries were Luke warm and half filled little pouch,the popcorn chicken well all of five of them were Luke warm no dipping sauce or big box as promoted ,the chicken sandwich tasted like it was on a warm lamp for a while not hot al all and it reminded me of a pack of Wonderbra hamburger buns small,pop was cold and refreshing my daughter just looked and we never said anything for what we paid I'll would recommend you to go Elswere.

I ordered 4-piece chicken and what do I get? Two drumsticks, the size of chicken wings, which tasted like garbage. The chicken strips I ordered were dry, hard, and salty. It was just awful! Easily one of the worst fast food franchise, and it wasn't even the first time I would have such bad experience with this WEM location. I would rate it a negative if I could.

I have bought a meal box of colony’s crispy strips and ate in the food court immediately.The food quality really suck!The crispy strips are not crispy,because the starch are too thick and the size of chicken is too small. As a professional fried chicken catering brand, fried chicken is only served with tomato sauce instead of free sauce, you should know that McDonald's chicken nuggets also served with special sauce.Maybe the cost of sauce would eat up the profits of KFC. I believe that’s why KFC is not popular in Alberta.
