Get the order wrong frequently. Last time I called and they said my card declined. So they charged me again. So I cancelled the order. Turns out I got charged twice! They then called me about 10 times asking me to still go with my order. After almost 45 minutes of this game, I get my order with nothing extra, nothing free to make up for this absolute headache. Still waiting to see if I’m actually going to get my refund or if I’m going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. Don’t bother with this place. I’m not going back.

This is the place you go when you want good and cheap Americanized Chinese food. It is a family run business, and they are extremely reliable and deliver consistently good food. I'll give it five stars hands down every time for the value. It's not the fanciest, but it's reliable.
First time coming here because I was visiting family near there and the carry out we usually go to was closed. We wanted pizza because it had a pizza sign, but they didn’t have any. To be safe, ordered chicken and fried rice as well as tenders and fries for my kids.
Noticed there was a strange taste so we didn’t eat it in its entirety and threw it out. We have been vomiting and even have diarrhea the past 18 hours and that was the only new thing we’ve consumed in that time frame. The food is not special in anyway, very bland. But I am 98% sure we got food poisoning from here.

Delicious Chinese sauce and food we typically see in a family dinner. I had pork with string beans and shrimp basket. I was surprised with the bonus fried and steamed rice. +1 for the ketchups and utensils. Great package and clean! There are a few seats available for dine in.
Weird that this place has reviews all over the place. I ordered from Ubereats multiple times but they were under the name "Calzone and Stromboli". It's always been pretty solid. Feel like it could show up a little hotter (I'm not very far away), but the crust is really good and the fillings are great.
We ordered door dash and the restaurant had made the completely wrong order and intentionally sent it out before closing. We ordered lasagna and they packaged a Pesto pasta instead? Not worth ordering online with this restaurant since you won't get what you pay for.

I'm so grateful 🙏. Not Sure What The Lady Name Is But I Promise to Get It because She Multi-task. She answer the phone and take the order, if you walk in even though she's writing ✍️ down the order from the person on the phone but she does give you eye contact to let you know that she acknowledge you and will put one finger up meaning give her a minute she will be right with you. Just as I'm giving the feed back and it seem long to read lol imagine the Awesome Lady Multi-tasking. Anyway after hanging the phone up, she place the ticket for the chef 👩🍳 to see and she still looking at me but of course I usually order the same thing Fried chicken wings with Tartor Sauce and Ketchup and French fries 🍟 with salt ,pepper and ketchup. The Wings are the bomb 💣 dot com. Best I've had in dc and I am born and raised. Restaurants that is my grandmother 96 she still living home cooking 1st but they my favorite now . Triple Delight is Awesome. They need a tip cup because they are popular and the people so rude I guess they just hungry keep them in prayer. But I am giving Big China 5 Star 🌟 and 2 thumbs 👍 wayyyyyyyy up. Thank You Guys

Ok, Eastern , was my life line during the pandemic feeding my late husband, i was his caregiver. I order at LEAST once a week, the eggrolls are my favorite. I REALLY LOVE!
Burger patties were horrible. The meat was full of cartilage or collagen fiber like textures. Couldn’t even finish my burger because of that. Cheese fries were okay. Definitely not worth the price.
Ordered a margherita pizza with extra basil and pepperoni. I called to see where our order was and was told it was left on our porch. I was told the driver called and knocked, but there was no call and my dogs did not go crazy because someone knocked. The person on the phone basically called me a liar and the pizza was stone cold. So, I hung up. When I opened the pizza, it was a basic pepperoni pizza with no basil (see pic). So I called again and asked for a refund. We will see if it actually comes through.
Love the food here. Very similar fare to Culver's from Midwest. They mixed up our order on several things- missed a burger and drink that we had ordered. They quickly remedied both. Otherwise, a good experience

I never heard this place before, so i wanted to try it. There is no meal so you have to buy everything as its own thing. You order on a screen to the left of the counter and just wait until they call your number. The employee that served my food was really nice.
The burgers were good, not greasy like most burgers are, but they are also smaller than most bergers are. You're paying the same price for regular sized burgers, but its alot smaller than its worth.

The best dining experience I’ve ever had til date. Granted, I don’t usually seek out more expensive restaurants but we were celebrating our engagement and we decided to splurge. We’re both vegetarians. Although it would’ve been nice to have vegetarian friendly entree options, the mezzes were more than enough and super tasty. My favorite was the summer squash dish. I really enjoyed the cocktails, the wine pairing and the desserts too!
Typical fast food options, steakhouse wait times. Price is average. Staff seemed confused on who was on what stations. Mgmt was chillin in booth next to us, while team member cut up Jalapenos on dining table and put in clear plastic food container. Glad we ordered basic flavors. This worked out for us for value, as we got 3 extra sandwiches and a fry.
This Shake Shack location is right by the water. I love sitting on a table with the water view. I came here a few times already when I brought family and friends from out of town to The Wharf. I am not a big fan of hamburgers, since I prefer light foods with more vegetables and less meat. But this burger is the perfect size for a petite Asian lady like me. :) Pricing is not bad. Eating healthy is important for me, so I usually just order the burger and share fries with the group, and avoid the sugary drinks / shakes / ice cream.
The place was almost empty, but we still had to wait over 15 minutes for our order. The chicken was good, but the buns were cold. They were literally out of the fridge, not even room temperature. The glasses of our lemonade were filled with ice to the top, and there is no option on the terminal to say we want little ice. To be honest, I would never pay $5 for ice. Oh, and now they also want a tip on the top of a $40 order at a fast food place. You order through a terminal, then pick up your food yourself, and then clean up after yourself, and you are expected to pay a tip! Well, I guess I know why we got cold buns and so much ice, we changed a suggested tip to a "no tip" option. Next thing we know, we will be expected to tip cashiers at the grocery store.
Service was excellent - thank you Jasmin, Theo, and Alisha! Perfect stop while seeing the National Mall and Memorial Parks. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Jefferson Memorial. We sat outside and enjoyed our hot and delicious meal while overlooking the Wharf :)
Double-check your rice to make sure they've given you fried rice and not white rice. I ordered fried rice as a side for General Pso's chicken, and they served me white rice. I grabbed my order without checking.

2nd x: food arrived an hour later than estimated. Food was still good, but not hot. My only disappointment (other than the delay; it WAS a Friday nite) was the rice noodle chicken soup. There is no chicken meat for this soup, just a chicken broth. Just be aware.

Hopped in for a quick lamb pita while apartment hunting and was not disappointed. Lamb was tender and very flavorful and I loved the tahini sauce on the lavash. I will be coming here again!
We came here with our kids. My wife suggested it, but I was unsure as it is considered fast food. I have to say this is a very tasty burger. I was very surprised at how good it is. Also, I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries. However, these were probably the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. I wish we had one in my city back home. If you want a great burger, go here, it is seriously good!
We loved our meal at this classy and beautiful restaurant. The sauces that came with the meat were superb. Our favorites on the mixed grill were the beef and the chicken. I tried the Lebanese panna cotta dessert which was delicious. The pita bread with the hummus was soft and airy, so amazing! There was nothing to absorb the sound so it did end up being pretty loud in the restaurant. The service was very attentive. Highly recommended!
I ordered a combo egg foo young, no beef, 1 or 2 pieces of chicken and the same with the shrimps.per patty.I ordered a slice of cake dry it came from grocery store for $4.99 or less,Hold cake. I request to have my gravy separate, that didn’t happen no drink after paying $33.00.or napkins. I’m done .

The most beautiful thing about this restaurant is its decor! The whole restaurant has these bird cages above head and are so tranquil. It's really lit during the day and is really nice. The chairs which I captured in images are also really cool each ones design on the back looks handmade. Adding a quite beautiful look to the whole place. The servers are quite attentive and it's really nice! The food was decent 👌 we didn't try the mains but apps were good.
Great food and friendly staff. Had a lunch with falafel, and chicken gyro, and both were excellent. The $38 price point for two entrees and four beverages was a great deal. High value and good food in a friendly and low-key space makes it a worthwhile stop.
Hello. This is such a great restaurant indeed! I have been ordering from here for about 8 years. They are very professional and very friendly. You will not regret getting any food here at all. I will never stop getting their Egg Drop Soup and Veggie Egg Rolls. ENJOY 😉 🤗😊
Burgers are Awesome!!!!!!! Juicy hot and flavorful. The milkshakes are good also. The fries leave much to be desired and are not a must have. The customer service is iffy depending on when you go.
What a beautiful day to sit outside! My burger was cooked perfectly & the avocado was ripe! The Manager was super funny & very polite. I will definitely be back to this location!!!
Ended up sitting at the bar for a cocktail and instead of moving to a table we sat at the bar for our full meal.

Got the hummus with added jalapeños, fresh baked pita, Grandma Marie’s Lebanese Toast, Shakshuka, Rosti, Sfeeha Danish, & Swiss Chard Benedict. Amazing food, boho atmosphere and service! Great brunch vibes. At one point, there were 6 staff members at our table serving dishes, removing plates, filling water, and cleaning the table mid meal. 5 stars!
They've apparently switched to tablet only ordering, but there's no signage nor did the employees direct us to order at the kiosk in the corner. Multiple of us were standing in line to order when a group came in, walked past us, and proceeded to order at the kiosks in the corner. They also didn't bring the food out to you, the employees just stood there yelling your name. Food was good, but the fries could have been hotter and crispier.

When I paid, and the tip was less than 30%, the waitress confronted me and said: “sir , is this a mistake? This is barely my salary” honestly, that ruined my day because she not only guilted me for what I paid, but she made sure the rest of the table heard her.

Big China has fresh prepared foods. Standard carry out menu BUT fresh made egg rolls and spring rolls. They can spice dishes to your taste. I order soups, wings and hunan dishes and I am always satisfied. There is a $3 delivery fee and the driver is very nice.
Really great food with talented staff. Plate presentation was nice and the atmosphere was also lively. My mother would not approve of the pricing as she would insist that she could make it better at home for a 10th the cost, but that said though the food was very close to authentic with limited exception.
I was so hungry and my son was using the truck so I walked to the carryout best decision ever the food was so good. Now I am hungry again lol 😋

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Great tabouli, very fresh and high quality olive oil. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and even had a wonderful texture. The baklava was crispy and not overly sweet. This would def be a go to place to eat if I lived here.
Had shrimp and broccoli for lunch the shrimp was gross fried and breading tasted like flour. Fried rice undercooked. Came back for a refund or to get something else. Cashier was rude and instead of fixing the situation wanted to argue with me about how many nasty piece of shrimp left in my meal as though nothing could be done. He then offer 3 wings with no sides then changed to 2 wings w rice. The amount of time it took to have this situation resolved and arguing back with a customer is completely unacceptable. I will never return!!!

This was my favorite place to eat! The spicy chicken pizza was DIVINE! The atmosphere is so cozy and the owners are so nice. If I lived in the area I would be a regular!
Went here for dinner and got takeout. Building was nice, service was nice, and I had no issue ordering online. My only issue is that the food had very little flavor. My wife and I ordered the crab rangoons, which only tasted like the sweet and sour sauce you dunk it in. The wonton soup tasted like a salted broth, and the wontons had no flavor. The hot and sour soup had some decent spice to it, but once again tasted like nothing. The chicken lo mein was fine, and the sesame chicken had little flavor. Overall, if you are a fan of La Croix or British cuisine, this is the place for you!

Awesome place to get shawarma, hummus, and fresh pita. Salim, the owner, was super nice and welcoming and the staff overall were just wonderful. Prices are reasonable for the delicious food you get and portion sizes are large (see pics!). Highly recommend this place if in Cleveland Park!
A great Chinese food take out spot in DC. Fast service and tasty food. Wonton soup and the chicken & broccoli are some of our favorites. Great for leftover lunch the next day too. Highly recommend!
The guy who sits there answering phones and orders is rude. He yelled at me on the phone just because I decided I wanted to order something else. Very rude and gave anti black vibes. Also I watched them use their HANDS TO TOUCH FROZEN AND FRESH FOODS, NO GLOVES, OR HAIR WRAPS, THE GUY WAS SWEATING OVER THE FOOD, LIKE EWW health hazard, they should be shutdown
Beautiful restaurant location overlooking the waterfront and certainly enjoyed delicious Shake Shack food but the ladies who received and delivered the order were not friendly.
I had recently heard of the restaurant, and my folks and I unanimously agreed that the food was top notch.
Delivery was as prompt as other reviews had said, and the staff over the phone as well as the delivery were all easy to work with.
Will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Delivery was fast, had my food before the eta time. The food itself, however, was just not OK. I got the orange chicken and chow fun. The orange chicken was very dry, barely chewable and I didn’t even get to eat half of it the chow fun was OK. It just didn’t have that much flavor to it.
Always a go to for Chinese food! Their sesame chicken is so delicious! I have never had any problems with their customer service!! 100/10 I would definitely recommend!!

I think some of the reviews on here are due to user error. At a place like this, you should expect greasy Americanized Chinese food. You should order something fried. Like sweet and sour chicken or general tso shrimp. And an egg roll on the side. 5 stars for giving me exactly what I expected and needed after a hard day. Fried comforting Chinese food.
Their mumbo sauce is GREAT — highly recommend the steak and cheese egg roll or the mumbo fried chicken wings. Only knock is they are cash only but other than that, really like ordering from them. Food is prepared very quickly and always fresh.

This place is beyond disgusting and needs to be shut down i ordered a whole steak and cheese fries and 2 egg rolls for pick up when I got there the man in the back started making a steak and cheese... so I was watching I didn’t know if it was mine or not..and it was. I watched him cut the bread open with his bare hands and put it on the grill, grabbed the onions with his bare hands and put them on the grill, wiped his hands on his pants wiped his nose. Then kept looking back to see who was paying attention. I was!!! I asked for my money back only issue is I paid with a card and now have to wait for my money. Then the lady kept ignoring me. She said her manager was coming after me waiting for 20 min no one shows up, I ride down the street and came back she tried to say the manager had came and left. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I order Angelico if I don’t want to drive to Pete’s, but that doesn’t mean they’re quicker. I ordered at 5:15 this afternoon. At 5:35 I got an email saying the pizza was “out for delivery.” Nothing arrived in 40 minutes so I called. “Don’t know why you got that email, the delivery guy is just waiting for one more pizza and he’ll leave.” 5 minutes later, a knock on the door with the pizza. Stone cold. I’m guessing the email was right and the delivery guy forgot. I think I’ll drive to Pete’s next time.
We got carry out on Christmas Eve- a few days after Szechuan House reopened. We’ve been waiting for the restaurant to reopen and we’re are so happy it’s back in business! When we lived in Towson, this was our favorite place. We have since moved to Annapolis and the food is SO good, it’s worth the 45 min drive! Can’t wait to come back.
Ordered through Grubhub. I mistakenly reported the crab Rangoon (my first time trying this dish) missing because it was so skimpily filled with cream cheese that I mistook it for some version of the free fried noodles Chinese restaurants sometimes give away in wax bags. Maybe if they had a decent amount of crab in them, I would have actually tasted crab and not made the mistake in the first place. A woman at the restaurant called to confront me about my report. I politely told her I didn’t want her not to get paid for something I received and would look around for the food. When I said I couldn’t find it, she completely lost her temper and yelled about how she had placed it in the bag herself. When I had enough of her yelling, I hung up. She then had Grubhub call me which is when I finally realized my mistake and allowed them to pay her for the sub-par dish.
I come to this place for lunch as its adjacent to clevland park library. Today i tried one of the egyptian meal named ‘kushari’ and i loved it. Its really affordable and welcoming.
My first time ever to a shake shack. I live around several in the NYC area but never had been. The food was great. Clearly the hamburgers are cooked fresh to order and I’m thinking with fresh and not frozen beef. The crinkle fries were good as well. While I thought the milk shake was very small for the money, they were delicious. I will begin eating at shake shack now.
I’m so disappointed , I just ordered garlic Parmesan wings and pizza . I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews . The pizza was cold ,completely dried out no ,sauce , I ordered crispy wings the garlic parmesan . I got burned wings swimming in a slew of grease and absolutely no sign of garlic or Parmesan . This is simply not worth getting sick over.
Pricey but fast and pretty good. The sesame chicken was yummy, the crab ragoon was pretty good, ribs were pretty good. I didn’t like the pad Thai at all though. It seems a bit overpriced, but it was quick and easy and pretty good overall.
I tried the new Buffalo chicken sandwich and the buffalo fries with sauce. It was very tasty despite the fact that the fillet's breadcrumb cover came off a bit from the chicken, the taste was good. It's not very spicy but the sandwich in general and the fries were good. I also tried the new wake & shake and yes, it was delicious, I recommend it, it has a coffee flavor with a touch of orange flavor 😍. By the way I'm not sure if it's only in this location but if you don't bring your vaccination card they can't sell you anything.

Anything I eat from here is good haven't been let down at all not once. I drive 7 miles just to eat here the Chinese spots around me are trash. Hong Kong is gonna serve you right.

The employee had a very nasty attitude. Maybe because it was 🥵 hot. Rude and disrespectful. I love left. I went back the next day to speak to the manager. He straighten it out and offered me a meal choice.

My family orders pizza from here quite often as we live nearby. I have to say the pizza is very yummy. Also the service is good and I would recommend.
First of all somebody there needs to understand that Bar B Que chicken wings is not fried chicken with BBQ sauce poured over it. My meal was disgusting nothing was as I wanted, on top of all of that the fried bbq wings were over cooked. I really feel I won't be ordering anything else from this place again. It is clear they take no pride in the food they serve, which can only mean there is no quality in the type of food they may serve and I see no reason to subject my health to a restaurant that doesn't care about the quality of their food. Only cooking for money, when the food is nasty.
I go to the carry out all the time. I spend a decent amount of money. I just realized that they have no customer service skills what so ever. They got my order wrong twice. They had an attitude when I came up there. They were no help. Rude as hell.
Horrible. Ordered Cashew chicken and I got peanut chicken. Ordered apple Pie and it came with pure liquid running out and no apple. Inside of the crust not baked. flour was raw. Food was horrible could not be eaten. Please do not waste your money. In addition, the chicken taste like powder and definitely, not the texture of chicken meat. The rest was peppers, onion, squash, baby corn and corn starch gravy. Overall, I wished I could give it zero star. My co-workers were ordering and invited me to join them, but never again. Uncooked food and surely, I do not know the texture of this meat. It is in the trash. They may keep the money. I wouldn't even call to complain and use any more of my energy talking about this horrible mess.
This place is hit or miss. The "Drunken Noodles" dish is good. However, today, I ordered chicken wings for mom and I. The wings were so small that they looked as if they were taken from Cornish hens. Not only were the wings super small, but they were super tough, and tasted as if they were at least a couple days old. I pulled what meat I could pull from the wings to make chicken soup. I wouldn't suggest buying chicken wings from Panda of DC.
General Tso’s Shrimp is delicious! One of the best Chinese food places I’ve had in DC. Also, this place is cash only.
The food for the most part is okay. Several times my order was wrong. And when you let them know, they start speaking in Cantonese but you can tell they're upset to have to fix it. They're prices are reasonable also.
Tasty and fresh food with generous portions. Was conveniently located near my AirBNB. Had the curry chicken and lo mein. Just wish they accepted cards and weren't cash only.
Customer service needs major improvement. I was giving old pizza, the sauce was already dried up. Decided to try it but was horrible. If you're going to sell slices have some made in a rotating display and not try and make a buck with stale pizza.
The chicken wings are fried perfectly!!...I was just disappointed that the mambo sauce is horrible. The portions are smaller than other DC carryouts. The place could use a facelift. As much business as they get your building and decor should be a lot better. Customer service was good.
Some reviews are too biased, maybe from competitors. I always order foods for delivery in here, sometimes carryout. The cashier and other staff are really nice, and most importantly, they make delicious wings, shrimps, and fries. Fried rice is good too. Will order again.
My biggest complaint is about their delivery drivers. They yell at you and refuse to come to the door. I’ve been ordering from them for years making jokes about how they behave, but yesterday my aunt was here and I was so embarrassed at how the driver was behaving. He called from the parking lot and I asked him to come to the door. He turned his car around and got out, again I asked him to come to the door. He walked up to the gate, I said come to the door please. He stood inside the gate, holding the food. I stood in my doorway the entire time with money in hand and had to ask him again to come to the door. I’ve been ordering from them for years and each time the struggle goes along these lines. I’ve been yelled at by a driver and called the restaurant to complain. I’ve had their driver leave with my food saying that he couldn’t find my address even though he called me from outside the gate and I asked him to come to the door. My first experience it was raining and the driver refused to come to the door and told me no. I had to go out to get it because I prepaid (rookie move). The driver chastised me saying that he’s not “scared” of ME but that some people lie. And since it was raining by the time I made it back indoors me and my house slippers were soaked. I decided last night that this is not normal and my idea of being a repeat customer that over tips in order for them to realize that no one is going to rob them in my little neighborhood is not working. I’m never ordering from them again
The worst Chinese food I have EVER had! The general T'so's chicken, Sweet and Sour chicken was overcooked and salty as hell. The rice looked like pieces of fish was in it... I really still don't know what it was. The spare rib tips were bony. I called and told them how bad the food was. This was my first time ordering from them and I threw it in the trash. They didn't even have the decency to refund me my money. This place SUCKS!! I really want to put ZERO stars but they force us to pick one.
Worst Pad Thai I have ever had. It is literally rice noodles with chicken, without any sauce or flavor at all (aside from a random lime wedge they added). I also got the orange chicken, which was actually delicious. Maybe it was wrong of me to order Thai Food from a Chinese takeaway place, but it should have been labeled as "chicken with noodles and a lime" instead.
The food is good although they never give u enough condiments. Delivery doesn't take long, even though I could pick it up I'm literally right up the street from them lol. Oh and I don't know what's all the mumbo jumbo about not getting a tea with a combo because its delivery but u can get it when u pick up???
Excellent fast delivery. My chicken lo mein was hot and fresh. The egg drop soup was wonderful to warm me up. Very satisfied with everything, even have some for lunch tomorrow! Will definitely order again when in the area.
Awesome. The receptionist is very sweet and patient. The delivery service is timely and I mean PUNCTUAL. So you might wanna be at least half way ready 'cause homey does not prefer to wait too long.
The portions are great; a small order can feed, 'eh, about 2 children, just to give an idea. For your 'faithful' chinese carry out restaurant, their food is great. The cost is very reasonable too.
