Reason I will give 3 stars for service is because delivery guy was a sweetie. Hands down the worst food. Even chicken wings were overcooked. Damn was I disappointed. Don't believe the hype.

TLDR Experience with a Twist;
Ok so let me start by saying this went from a terrible experience to a really awesome one that honestly made me reflect on how I should look at frustrating hospitality situations.
Initially, I was irritated because my order got bumped the night before by DoorDash (keep them in mind, they come back in later) and was not necessarily starting out satisfied. It was my boyfriend's birthday this past weekend and this hiccup definitely was not a welcome one. Regardless, the next day the order went through and I was feeling somewhat better.
Unfortunately however, DoorDash failed to account for menu changes when bumping the order, making it so half the items I'd purchased were not available that day for the same price. Upon receiving a call from a female employee, I was fairly miffed about it and did react not as maturely as I should have. Yes, I can make the excuse that it was due to the mounting issues that had been occurring with the order, but that's not a real reason to go in to a conversation with a negative attitude. What followed is what really irritated me, but also has made me admire the woman who I dealt with. And also think DoorDash needs to start being more transparent with its vendors and customers altogether to avoid conflict.
After some back and forth between the restaurant and DoorDash and myself, the employee and I came to find out that the order had been canceled, to which we both were told that the opposite party had done the cancelling. Fast forward a bit and I am on a three way call with DoorDash and the same female employee (it's been about 30-45 minutes at this point) and they finally admit that the Dasher chose to simply cancel the order altogether and we'd both been lied to. At this point I was outraged.
I also was feeling like a bit of a dingus. After dealing with me getting progressively more snarky during our initial interaction, this employee had the grace and patience to entertain my desire to find out the real cause of the confusion and maintained a calm, polite demeanor despite the fact that she was truly getting the worst deal. An aggrivated customer, wasted product, wasted time, and wasted emotional energy. For this, she deserves major kudos. She also deserves an apology which I am extending here and hope she accepts.
Following the DoorDash situation I simply reordered on their personal site not wanting to give DD a single cent more and got my food in under an hour. Please do not give DD your money!! The delivery service through them was a fraction of the price, the items were less expensive, and the food items available were all correct. (I got an extra item and increased my tip on my second order, it was still $5 cheaper).
The driver was fast, followed instructions and was super polite as well; everything was still piping hot when I got it. The food, for being Americanized Chinese food, was a delicious cheat day treat. I recommend the Fried Fish app, my boyfriend ate two full dinner sets of the Teriyaki Chicken and the Beef and Mushroom. Loved it all.
Please consider giving this place a try. It's not the most eye-catching location, but they have some good f**ckign food and even better staff. Remember to be kind to your hospitality workers, you never know what they've had to deal with when it comes to that day's BS. Hypocritical I know, but I hope to make up for my less than stellar level of patience here with several more delicious meals and big tips in the future.

Delicious beautiful food, quick delivery. I could handle the medium amount of msg they put in. But there was Splenda artificial sweetener in the orange chicken which I'm allergic to. I still have a Splenda headache the next day, totally bummed. Guess I will have to go to a chain restaurant next time where they disclosure the ingredients, ended up tossing $30 food and I hate that. Giving 4 stars because Splenda / sucralose may not have been their fault as it's sneaked into a lot of things these days. Still this is the first time I've been this Splenda poisoned at a restaurant while NOT ordering a sugar free item

I've been ordering the same food from here for years, and the last two times I've ordered the sesame beef, it wasn't the same as before. The beef was in clumps and stuck together, and when I would break it apart, the beef was uncooked in the middle of the clump. When I ordered a month ago, it still tasted good, but this last time, I woke up and puked up my entire dinner at 3am and then again at 4am. Then, I spent the rest of the day nursing the food poisoning. I know it was the food from this place because it was the only thing I ate in the last 32 hours. I was a long-time customer for many years and would order a few times a month but no more. This place lost a long time customer.

I get carry-out and delivery, I've never been disappointed with the service or food! I only gave a three star on atmosphere, simply because I've never dined in. Jade Garden has become my number one place to go for Chinese or Korean food in Tucson. For real a treat, try their Bulgogi. It's fantastic!!!

Waitress was excellent, super nice and fast and attentive. Very generous portions! Rated this place 4 because I didn't think the food was super tasty. Except the rice. Rice was great.

Especially for people from the Northeast, this is the Chinese you’re used to having back home. Their house special fried rice has everything, but the kitchen sink, and in my opinion is the best in all of Tucson. Their egg foo young is also the best in town and just like what I used to get in Boston. I get it with shrimp, which are shocking large for a dish like this. Delicious.

I would say this a pretty average Chinese food restaurants
Good:
- Service was friendly
- Egg roll, fried rice and chicken fingers were tasty
Average:
- Spare ribs and chicken were over sauced and didn't have much flavor otherwise
Bad:
- Lo mein just tasted like thick spaghetti, no seasoning whatsoever

We both selected from the Japanese Lunch Box Special: Spicy Orange Chicken & Chicken Teriyaki. Overall, we were satisfied with the variety and portions. Everything tasted good, but the salad could have come with a better dressing. Sushi was our favorite!

The food was pretty delicious, the portions were large, and the prices are decent.

We have driven by this place forever and had never stopped by. This place is perfect! The food was delicious! A lot of food! You can definitely share. The service was great! Very family oriented. Polite and attentive. Totally recommend this place! A hidden gem for sure!

One of the best places for Chinese food. The barbecue pork fried rice is amazing.

Panda one is better than the other Chinese restaurants and between the taste, portions, and price, you can't beat it. Today was my first try, and I got the general tzo's chicken dinner with three crab rangoon and a spring roll for $12 after tax. And it still has my mouth watering! And I have more than enough for lunch tomorrow!

The food was delicious, you could tell it was freshly made. Great customer service, very clean environment, and the waitress was very nice and helped us pick out great choices for our 1st time here. Definitely recommend and we will come back .

Food was delicious ,We loved the soup it was warm and savory. The egg rolls was beyond good. The customer service was amazing they were so on top of everything they kept asking us if we needed anything very pleasant to us. I will come back again for sure.

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything seemed to have been cooked fresh and was served hot. Service could have been a little bit better as we had to ask several times for more silverware which should have been given with the meal in the beginning and different items to garnish the meal with such as hot mustard and extra sweet and sour sauce. The place is small in the inside was meant to look nice but you can see all the way down into the back entrance and that was not a site someone would want to be looking at while eating their dinner. We should have sent at another table perhaps! Best thing is we would eat there again and probably will as long as we are in the Tucson area because of the food. Takeout is booming for them and will be for us with our next order.
