ignorant staff, rude to customers, strongly do not recommend

Totalne rozczarowanie. Case od telefonu po kilku dniach użytkowania zaczął się odginać. Oddałem w celu sprawdzenia wadliwości towaru - po tygodniu znów mogłem odebrać mojego case’a, lecz stwierdzono uszkodzenie mechaniczne. Z tego co widzę to jest to znany i często stosowany manewr przez tą firmę.

Taki sam case kupiony w jednej z większych sieci sklepów AGD, nie dość że był dużo tańszy to jeszcze nie wykazuje uszkodzeń po kilku dniach od kupienia.

Są dużo lepsze punkty we Wrocławiu z uczciwszym podejściem do klienta

Kłamstwo i ścierwo.
Kup folię na telefon z gwarancją roczną, przyjdź wymienić a powiedzą ci że to uszkodzenie mechaniczne….

Czyli kupujesz szkło na ochronę, i nie zmienisz w ramach gwarancji, bo jest porysowane….

Wanted to buy a macbook today from there. Asked someone to help me to do so and a sales manager pointed that i should ask another person who was busy with other client. After 15 minutes of waiting this sales told me that i need to go to another person.

Literally the most complicated and stupid buying process. Wasted 15 minutes of my life. would never buy anything from here

Nice store. I had to return an item and the process was super simple. The staff speaks English. Also, good place to buy coffee capsules!

Shame on your personnel who puts one price for power bank 169 pln, but sells with another one 249 and when I want to buy with the first price tried to make me silly and put the power bank on another place with 59 pln to play in game that I did it!

Be careful; these people do not respect their customers and consumer rights.

I was in Wrocław for a couple of weeks and bought a new phone from them (it was Saturday). They didn't have the original box and charger on the spot (which didn't matter at that point because I had my old charger) but promised that they should arrive in a couple of days - on Monday or Wednesday - and they would call me once that happens. I came on Thursday to return the phone, because I wasn't happy about it. But they told me it's their 'policy' that they do not accept returns. In response to my argument that it is my right as a consumer to return a purchase within 14 days, an employee said it's 'my opinion.'
I asked them to at least give me the box and the charger so that I could sell the phone myself. I received a reply that they had not arrived yet - they should come in a couple of days but couldn't say when exactly. I had to leave Wrocław the next day, so I told them I couldn't wait and that they had promised to deliver the box sooner. But the employee and his boss (whom he called) didn't care.

So be careful; they don't care if their customers suffer financial loss because of them.

Bardzo źle. Ubieganie się o gwarancję na mój telefon trwało ponad miesiąc, zawsze utknął w martwym punkcie i powiedział, że to nie jego wina. kiedy wziąłem telefon, kazał mi odebrać go w innym miejscu, oddalonym od Galerii o około 3,7 km. Mam nadzieję, że ta recenzja będzie brana pod uwagę przez tych z Was, którzy czytają

I wanted to buy an iPhone, but all the phones at the exhibition at this shop were "blocked", so it was impossible to estimate it. I asked the employers of this shop to unblock it and demonstrate to me, they refused. Highly not recommendable

Za pierwszym razem zdecydowałam się na folię ochronną na telefon, po dwóch GODZINACH się zapowietrzyła i z czasem było tylko gorzej - zdarza się, może pracownik nie ma doświadczenia, ale niedługo później odwiedziłam punkt ponownie ale z zegarkiem również z prośbą o założenie folii ochronnej, po kilku dniach jest tragedia. Jak nie potraficie to się nie podejmujcie takich usług, bo szkoda pieniędzy. Wspomnę tylko, że poprzednia folia na zegarku trzymała się bez zapowietrzeń ponad rok. Założona w innym punkcie oczywiście.

Nice staff and with a range of products that normally has something to satisfy each and everyone when it comes to appliances and IT related items. It's not as cheap as it was in the past though (comparing its prices to the competitors).

Very helpful lady who helped us buy our products. Answered every question, needed if she did not know the answer, investigated. Space is rather cramped and complicated when full of people manoeuvre around. Prices are pretty the same everywhere.

Wszystko wydawało się perfect, przyszłam z nowym, zapakowanym telefonem. Pan zaproponował dobrą „folię”, dość drogą, podobno super jakości, a ja chcąc ochronić nowy telefon zgodziłam się. Bardzo miła atmosfera i luźne podejście, byłam bardzo zadowolona. Dziś zmieniałam „folię”. Powiedziano mi wcześniej, że folia jest droższa i lepsza.
Niestety to nieprawda - szkło, mimo że tańsze, chroni lepiej, a folia nic nie ochroni - prędzej szkło telefonu się stłucze. Podejrzewam, że wykorzystano okazję, że przyszłam z nowym telefonem i chciałam go jak najlepiej zabezpieczyć, więc wciśnięto mi droższą rzecz. Nie wrócę, nie polecam. Słabo z Waszej strony. 🙂

Świetna i cierpliwa obsługa. Bez problemu poprawili folie, pod którą były małe elementy. Ku mojemu niezadowoleniu założyli druga nową w ramach gwarancji. Pozdrawiam klient od dwóch s22 ultra 👌👌👌.

Podziwiam za cierpliwość.

I don't recommend anybody to visit
No enough employee at the branch, the available ones were not able to support when i was looking to buy laptop, they claimed they are looking for different areas not laptop and asked me to wait till the one responsible for laptop to come and help me , nobody appears, 20 minutes later i asked to meet the branch manager and i raised the complain to him without any response and he wasn't care at all

If you are dealing in this way with your customers, you are killing your business- putting customers in the center of your business has huge benefits

Avoid at all cost. They sold me a computer that is not working, super slow, the mouse pad does not work, the wifi receiver does not work. I tried to return it ASAP, and they refused to refund me or exchange it because it was already used. How could I have known that it was not working without using it? It is the second time that happens. So just for you to know that if you buy a broken piece of equipment from them, they will scam you out of your money, and blame it on you.

Terrible service.
The seller did not want to sell the laptop without additional settings. The seller said it was the director's personal order.
We contacted the support service, the operator denied the statement. And she said there was no such official order. It's arbitrariness. There are no official documents that you can't sell a laptop without additional settings.
The goods were bought in another store of the chain. Without additional settings.
The tax free service didn't work.

Why is the price more expensive on Black Friday 101zl - 50% more than day before, and why does the sailsman told me that I should buy it on black Friday because it will be "much" cheaper??? - this comment was not accepted on their website so i posted it here, to let the people know that they are getting scammed!

Have to only give 4 stars because I had spend money on something else than food.. It wasn't even for me.. My boyfriend needed the extinction cord and I offered to pay because he bought me food and I was happy.. Didn't expect it to be more expensive than my hot donut :( But you can play games there!

We just bought earphones , in 5 min tried to change, because recognized that for fitness it’s not good choice, they rejected us because the box is broken, but it actually was broken when we buy it. We ask them check cams to verify the condition of the box. They don’t care. Manager even didn’t listen us.

Absolutely awful. DONT buy anything from this place. Bought a battery pack, and was faulty, took it back and they sent it for repairs! I called the actual battery company and they were shocked as their battty is irreparable and warned off fire! Received a repaired battery with the same issue went back to the shop saying the company requests they give me a new one. They said Saturn can only send for repairs! Explained they are breaking European laws in health and safety. The customer service replied they don't care if someone dies due to the battery catching fire in a flat and someone might die. I replied what about if someone sues and their replies was that the polish court is corropt as they have been doing this for ten years. This polish retailer is the most resentful of all. Their customer service is like the rest of the things in this country, absolutely bismal. Rude, loud and backwards to say the least.
Ordered from Amazon and sanction any polish retailer!
