Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Service der Handy Reparatur! Das Team war sehr professionell und hat mein Handy schnell und effizient repariert. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, und ich wurde über den Fortschritt der Reparatur auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Ich kann diesen Service nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn ihr Probleme mit eurem Handy habt!

Man bekommt schnell einen Termin und die Beratung ist auch sehr gut bzw. man merkt, dass es sich um kompetente Mitarbeiter handelt. Eigentlich hätte ich gerne fünf Sterne gegeben, nur ist es bei der Reparatur zu einem Wackelkontakt gekommen und ich musst das Gerät nochmal vorbeibringen (es wurden aber keine Kosten verrechnet fürs nachjustieren).

EXPLOSIONSGEFAHR NACH AKKUTAUSCH

Nach einem Dreivierteljahr entstand ein erheblicher Handyschaden nach der Reparatur, der durch den Service zurückzuführen ist. Es traten drastische Leistungsabstürze des Akkus auf, die dazu führen, dass das Handy nach kürzester Zeit plötzlich mehrmals abschaltet und der Akku innerhalb einer Stunde von 100 % auf 5 % fällt. Der kaputte, beinahe explosive Akku drückt das Display des Handys aus der Fassung heraus, was eine weitere Nutzung unmöglich macht.
Folge: Gefahr einer Explosion bei weiterem Laden und Verlust aller Daten

Nach Schadensersatzforderung und Forderung nach einer Reparatur – da das Handy obwohl eines makellosen äußerlichen Zustandes nun unbrauchbar geworden ist – keine weitere Rückmeldung oder Stellungnahme.

Obwohl mir eine gleiche Leistung eines Originalakkus versprochen wurde, ist die Dienstleistung mehr als enttäuschend und sogar gefährlich – das Handy ist ruiniert!

I ordered the new Apple 15 more than a month ago and I’m still waiting, but I understand that you have no influence on the waiting time (which is why I put two stars and not one).

I am voting mainly for customer support, I have written few requests on your official website, none of my requests have been answered, I have only received mail of ‘confirmation of the request’. Finally with a series of unanswered calls I got here.

Unfriendly, uninformed and not helpful staff. Please consider staff training in regards to customer service and communication.

Everyone in here was lovely and helpful. I was unsure what Macbook to buy for my boyfriend's birthday and the blonde girl (forgot her name) was extremely helpful and went through everything with me. Her english was also perfect!!

Prices are high, store is well supplyed. They need to work on they customer service. Recomend if you are in emergency.
