It is great pleace but the prablems when you go there you take long time for service also most of the time you can not find the thing you want

TOTAL TECH IS A SCAM. Today my phone was stolen and I was told they can't do anything about it at all. That I would have to continue paying a phone I don't have. As well that I would need to purchase a new phone because they can't do anything. I purchased a phone in September, I specifically asked for just protection on the phone. I let the worker know this 3 times and said once that I don't want the membership. As soon as I leave the store. I get an email about a membership. I go back into the store to speak with customer service was told that the membership was a protection plan.... again I specifically stated I didn't want a membership. They told me that it's the best thing because it even covers devices I have at home as well. I would have to renew it every year for $180. I asked what does it cover about the phone. They told me everything. Clearly not everything when I go in today to figure out how to make a claim. I'm told they don't cover lost and theft. Which is ridiculous because if I'm paying $180 for a membership a year it should be covered. Atleast charge a certain price if lost to get a new one like any other company. Not only that it should be told that they don't cover loss or theft before purchasing. Now I'm stuck paying for a phone that I don't have. Was signed up for a membership that I didn't ask for at all to being with. I can't even use. If I was told they didn't cover lost/theft I wouldn't even have brought that phone to being with. BEWARE OF THESE WORKERS. They love signing people up for memberships and not disclosing certain information. They just want to make a sale.

The Customer service in this location is disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager and they simply said they don’t know who’s the manager. One female cashier simply went to her manager and said IF ONE MORE PERSON ASKS ME ANOTHER QUESTION IM GOING TO CURSE THEM OUT. The manager just walked away and said nothing. The manager seen me there and simply not once ever approach me. I purchased a 85 Inch Tv via online picked it up the next day after they texted me and informed me the tv was ready. They had me waiting a whole hour and kept saying the tv was in the Ware House. when i finally received the tv, they REFUSED TO HELP ME AND SAID THEY CAN ONLY TAKE IT TO THE ELEVATOR. If I’m buying a 85” T.V how do you expect me to carry that? How? If it wasn’t for my taxi driver helping me not even an employee!!! I’d still be at that store waiting.

They treated me unfairly and was being very sexist. the female that was working on Monday November 26 around 5:00pm-6pm at the pickup station needs some lessons on customer service. They made me very uncomfortable im a customer and should have been treated as such. I’ve ordered my tv here before and they’ve helped me all the way downstairs i don’t understand why no one wanted to help me bring it down this time.like why treat customers so poorly.

Ordered a TV for pickup and when I got there I realized I bought the wrong item. I bought a 65” but I meant to purchase a 43”😅The staff were very helpful with helping figure out my options and correct this matter. I will be returning to this location for all of my future purchases 👍🏾

Sales were awesome, but besides the brother who brought me my TV ,he had no customer service. When I walked to him, he'd blasted the radio to tune out my needs. I had to wait for someone else to ask me for help. But the same man who ignored me was the same man who brang me my TV with an attitude. Overall, the whole point is Best Buys has deals. So, if you can ignore rude customer service. Just focus on enjoying your products at a great discounted price.
