Place is a joke. We picked up 5 items, and all were wrong prices. When I was told, I had to talk to the manager, and the manager just laughed and said, "I'm not changing the price on anything." Whatever it scans for is the price, regardless of shelf tags or state law.

Needed a new TV just before holidays and the personnel at the home theater department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally looking to replace the old one with the same brand but was told that that series has issues and was recommended another brand. Glad that I follow the advice, we like the picture and sound much better. Thank you and kudos!

Positive experience at this store location. The sales associates are quick to respond to questions and provide good advices about the products’ specifications. No complaints about this store. Would recommend this location.

Customer service is sometimes an issue with stores like Best Buy now, not here. I was helped right away and extremely patient and friendly!

I was able to order an item online and pick it up almost within the hour! I did need it rather quickly so I was glad.
I ended up ordering the wrong piece. Once I got the correct one, returning the other one was a breeze. My money was refunded before I got back to the office 15 minutes later.

Had an issue with an order I didn’t get notified about,when taking with them it felt like they don’t care, I was wrong, the manager, her assistant and Kacey from printing was so nice, professional and compensated me as well for forgetting to call when the order was ready.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this location. The Print center acknowledges your needs and takes care of it promptly. They even gave me a discount without asking. Wonderful staff!

One of my favorite places to visit, good service, recomend to check the price tag readers located in the that store because were not working at the moment but customer service was able to help us.
They have a wide variety of electronics up to the highest level of technology.
We were able to test some of them before making and inform the decision.

Print Center staff and management were great! I needed some advice and quick printing Late fall 2022 and Julio Menendez and manager John Eisenberg were extremely helpful. This review is extremely overdue. As a side note, John was telling me how he had owned a printing business for years and decided to join Staples. Depending on the situation, I think it’s a smart idea for Big Business to invest in and hire Small Business management professionals with the experience and knowledge to understand their customers- as long as they are paid the compensation they deserve!

Soooooo horrible nobody could Bother to assist me.. So I left without getting my document printed elderly man rolling documents was giving my poor toddler a hard time sitting waiting for me Indian gentleman started to help me then walked away?? Awful avoid this location !!

I've been a Staples fan since the early 80's when they were for businesses customers only. They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and it's usually fairly ez to find. Over the years they've helped to keep me organized, with their folders, file cabinets, printers, paper, ink I could go on and on, but I wont bore you. See some of the products that I have bought there (pics below), and fully endorse, over they years. Needless to say I'm very satisfied with their products.
I would give them 5 stars if they were more organized in the special orders / printing & copy area. I had a really good experience in this department working with Abby, but when she was not there it was a bit of a fiasco trying to get something done. The other people in the department should be brought up to speed with the operations more. Other than that its a great store and most of the time the people are very friendly.

I went there to speak to a geek at Geek Squad, without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. The first geek could do it, but the second geek did it real quick!

After waiting for over 10 minutes (while the cashier argued with someone on the phone about a cash register that was bought a year ago), the cashier then refused to accept the business $10 off certificate we received claiming it was for 'online only' when it clearly says in store, the phone or online. This was a regular priced purchase over $10 and should have been able to been used. Very disappointed in this experience and I will never take the time to go out to the store location again. And people wonder why brick-and-mortar stores are failing.
