Order was damaged, but it was given to me anyway. Instead of printing new papers, they printed more of the same design on lower quality paper and put them all in a flimsy sleeve (creasing some in the process). I paid for glossy 11x17 prints, got copies that had deep scratches in them and printer paper prints with no gloss as "compensation". 2 stars because at least they gave undamaged copies (albeit on paper that was not what I ordered) but still not acceptable for their "professional prints".

I go to staples trying to buy a gift card have all 25 dollars for it. But the dude at the register denied me because my $20 bill was crumpled. I was there the day before bought a $50 gift card, why would I come pay one day and the next try to scam someone.

This has been my go-to store for copies & prints for awhile now - especially since Fedex Office started charging a $2.50 service fee for copies made by the staff (even if it's only one copy - sheesh).
Angelic and Joe are fun and not easily offended by those of us with less-than "politically correct" commentary. My pronouns are "chocolate" and "croissant" (for example).

They also always seem to go the extra mile with my orders, which is much appreciated. Recommended!

The store was clean and the associates were helpful. It took me a while to decide on my order but Jonas, the sales associate in the copy center was patient. I needed a large stack of papers spiral bound and he did it by hand. I appreciated having a helpful, knowledgeable, person assisting me.

A huge thanks to Angelic & Ralph at this location. They helped me with two memorial foam boards that I needed for a grieving family at the last minute. Although they ran into a little difficulty with the Laminate machine, they tried another method & the two 24×36 boards turned out beautifully. Angelic was so Awesome at multitasking in what should've been a stressful situation but she handled everything with Grace. She attended to each customer that came in all while trying to accommodate me as well.

Always a fun place to shop for office, computer and school supplies. Well organized aisles, clean and easy to shop. We did notice notebooks that we were shopping for were scattered throughout the store in different locations, so it was a bit of a search to find the perfect one.

Unbelievably great people. My favorite people are Harris, Jon, & Moh. Honestly you can't go wrong shopping at this place because they'll do price match and help you out.

And seriously people try to go easy on these guys retail in this pandemic couldn't be any more stressful on customers and including employee as it is. They're just as stressed out as we are let's give them the support and the love they truly deserve.

Berek the sales associate went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied for him I give 5 stars. I asked the general manager Jon if they gave a military discounts he quickly dismissed it by saying only occasionally, Memorial Day Etc. I am not doubting the policy of Staples I am doubting the way he treated me as a client this is the last time I will be coming to the store. Spending money is not the problem what is treatment of your client will give you the respect and the return of their clients. After all it is a people business
