I was referred here by a Friend who said she had only spoken with Mr. Richard on the phone and she felt good about him. So I took my computer to him yesterday (9.29.23.) ON APRIL 5 , 2023 , I LEFT MY DELL LAPTOP IN HANDS OF COMPUTER RESOURCES , SCHILLINGER RD S . I ASKED HIM OF SERVICE TO REMOVE A VIRUS , HE QUOTED $75 , AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO "WIPE THE DRIVE" AND REMOVE ALL DATA . I THEN OFFERED TO GO BUY A NEW FLASH DRIVE TO TRANSFER/ BACK UP MY DATA FILES . HE OFFERED $45 FOR HIM TO BACKUP THE DATA . LATER THAT MORNING , TYLER , IT TECH WORKING THERE , CALLED TO CONFIRM WHAT I NEEDED DONE . HE ALSO INFORMED ME I NEEDED A NEW BATTERY , DUE TO OLD ONE ALMOST BURNED UP , (TRUTH , BC I SAW THAT MYSELF) , HE CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY IT WAS READY . I PAID HIM TOTAL $191.50 , INCLUDED $75 VIRUS REMOVAL , REINSTALL WINDOWS , $45 DATA BACKUP , $65 NEW BATTERY , +$6.50 TAX .I TOOK IT HOME , STARTED UP WINDOWS & DISCOVERED ALL MY DATA/FILES /FOLDERS EMPTY !! I HAD ASKED HIM SPECIFICALLY BACKUP ALL FILES ON DESKTOP , MUSIC , LIBRARIES , DOCUMENTS . I UNDERSTOOD HE KNEW WHAT I ASKED . HE HAD LOST ALL MY NEW RECENT FILES & PERSONAL IMPORTANT FILES !! I THEN PROCEEDED TO RETURN TO STORE , I TRIED MY BEST TO TALK CALMLY W HIM , BUT HE COULD TELL I WAS ANGRY , HE SAID HE DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS ASKED , THINKING I KNEW WHAT HIS COMPUTER LANGUAGE MEANT . I KNEW RECEIPT STATED NO CASH REFUNDS , BUT HE WAS UNWILLING TO GIVE ME CREDIT CARD CREDIT REFUND . IF I COULD HAVE PERFORMED THIS W KNOWLEDGE HOW TO AT HOME , I WOULD HAVE DONE IT !! My older PC suddenly crashed one night, and after repeated tries to diagnose it, it gave me the "blue screen of death" (Critical Process Died) in an infinite loop. They were able to save all my files off my computer, repair it, and now it runs faster than it ever has!! I thought my PC was done for, and I would have to replace it, but the fix was super affordable! Definitely coming back here if I ever have computer needs again ♡

They are very nice and they saved the day by getting some very important data recovered for me. They also got me set up with a new PC. And the price was really good on everything.

Since I was having trouble finding the location, I called the store, and they kindly helped me to get to the right place. I was looking for a SATA cable and had bounced around at least five other stores before coming here, and this was the only one to have the cable I needed. They even gave me two SATA cables for free since they just had a bunch of them in a tub. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

After breaking my laptop, I shopped around for reviews of repair shops. This was closed to my job and gave them a try. Kept me in the loop with what was happening with it but ultimately could not repair it. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Fantastic customer service. They know what they are doing and are fast and courteous. Paul ran my laptop through all the diagnostics and even gave me a report for my insurance. The price was reasonable and I didn't need an appointment. The best part was he was familiar with the brand of my laptop since Sager Gaming Laptops aren't super common because of price and hard to find parts. I am really glad I came here and will be using them as my standing pc repair in the future.

I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs computer repair! The man who owns the place is super kind and knowledgable. Charges more than fair prices and fixes things I hadn't asked to have fixed for FREE! Ex: My shift key was broken for over a year, we didn't believe there was anything that could be done. Today, however, after bringing my computer in for a failed battery, the owner let me know that he had repaired my shift key. Amazing service, don't even consider going anywhere else - go here!!!!

They were very high you can't even afford to office go to to the office Depotwell be coming to your house but you so crazy you don't want nothing and spend that amount of money I ain't going back there no more that you high

I came in with an all in one desktop that had a bad hard drive it. They were able to remove the drive recover some of my stuff even the drive was almost dead, really great service. I highly recommend this place, avoid the Geeksquad!

My laptop basically broke in half, but EVERYTHING still worked fine. I took it to be repaired and they did a fantastic job fixing the casing and told us if anything wasn't working to bring it back. Well the mic and camera were not working so we took it back. They were not able to fix either, and also charged me another $50. So I paid $50 for for them to try to fix something that wasn't broken before I gave it to them.

Wonderful repair shop! Took my computer here with hopes of salvaging it, and got results FAR beyond what I was hoping! Vince is a lovely man and I'm more than grateful for his patience when my budget took an unexpected hit from an emergency vet visit for my cat. Because of that we had to discuss changes in what I could get done, which was more than enough to get it back up and working! The prices are fair and Vince is very kind and patient. I will be coming back for future repairs!

I needed a charger for my asus 2 in 1 laptop after two failed trys w 2 different brands of universal chargers. I called them up and asked about it. They polietely asked me to bring my computer up there with me to make sure they could match it correctly. When i arrived he knew exactly which charger would work on the first try! It also costed less than either of the universal chargers i bought. Really knows his stuff and anytime i need anything in this department ill be calling here first!😁

I needed a very minor repair for my 5-year-old Toshiba laptop. Best Buy's Geek Squad recommended Port City. They quoted me $175! I then went to Ace Computers and Electronics (Old Shell, near Foreman) and zac! got the fix for $75. I also got a discounted new recharger for $35. Ace's owner is courteous, quick and "obviously" must work at a loss.
(I filled Good for Quality and Service because otherwise I couldn't publish - N/A should be more appropriate)
