I took my Lenovo laptop there (which crashed) and got fantastic service from Filipe and Diogo. They replaced the processor (what they called the BIOS), advised me to get a EU battery pack (I didn’t know that adapters can affect performance). I picked it up 2 days later—my screen looked cleaner than ever and it is working great again. Pricing seemed fair. Really impressed with InforOK and great to have them in my neighborhood too.

They used cleverness, experience, and dedication to perfectly repair, for a very reasonable price, a beautiful laptop that was said to be absolutely unrepairable by other professionals. The laptop was so physically damaged that it was impossible to use; not only they managed to make it functional again (which was my demand) but they also managed to make it aesthetically perfect. Of course there are damages that can't be repaired or whose repairing is economically unreasonable, but at least with inforOK you can be sure that they will fight to revive your machine and that, if possible, they will succed when others failed.

The guys at InforOK are super helpful and professional. I had a buggy laptop that was slow, a broken touchpad and headphone jack. They fixed all software and hardware issues, cleaned my PC and returned it within 2 days. All for a reasonable cost. They were prompt with updates, and kept to their timelines. Fast turnaround and reliability were important as it was my office laptop; had my files and I needed it for work. Have done other repairs with them too, service is consistently good.

My computer was extremely slow and didn't connect to the wifi anymore. I had needed to add memory and change the internal hard disk. Diego was very helpful and friendly . All was done in half a day. Thank you

During my initial phone call to Infor-OK I was impressed with how well my issue was understood. I was explained how they work and I brought my Mac mini to the shop the same day. The staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a call the same evening and was told that the problem was found and how much it will cost to fix it. In less than 24 hours I had my Mac mini back in a working order. I definitely recommend this place if you have issues with your computer. Especially if you're a foreigner as the guys speak perfect English there. Thank you very much for your help!
