Specifically shopping for new laptop to replace 14 year old unit. Found one on sale with more features than I need for less money than the unit with less RAM. Also found the Galaxy Watch6 on sale. TWOFER! Had scoped it out with tech savvy friend beforehand so sales person only had to find the stuff from inventory. Overall quick and easy. Do watch out for the guy trying to promote an online site from Italy.

Always neat, clean, and always a blue shirt asking if you need help in different departments. Signs are visible and clear throughout the store . Don't get me wrong, the employees don't overly hound you they do allow you to browse the store.
I do love that the Geek Squads are really nice. They explain what they are doing and will explain what is wrong with your electronic device or not wrong as you might have thought 🤔. Highly recommend checking these guys out. Sharp as tacks!

I just had the worst experience ever I was headed to Best Buy to purchase a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses after being told that there were three pair at this location from another Best Buy while there I was communicating with one of the Online representatives about the glasses and that they would definitely be there once I arrived in the store. No one even heard of the glasses. I’ve asked three different representatives And then I also asked do they have any samples on display? I asked this to Julian and Julian said no he never heard of them and I don’t even think they have any on display, but after going to the manager, the manager pointed to the direction of where the display was, but she did not escort me over to where they were so I was in the store loss For sometimes I found Manager again. She walked me over to the actual location, and I seen the met glasses then I ran into Julian again and I told him I want them. He said I don’t think there anymore left. Then he checked on his computer and he noticed that there were one more left and he said that it would be in the Warehouse which is in the back of the store in the truck. He went back there and look for it and said they don’t have it anymore. I said could you please just check the display there boxes of glasses underneath the display he said no they’re definitely not there so I said OK. I’ll just ask someone else I went back to the manager Gave me another gentleman and that other gentleman looked in the display and oops there were three pair of glasses that I wanted when I purchased them. I saw Julian again and told him about it. He said he’s glad that I have them. He did not say that he was sorry disappointed or he feels like a loser for not looking in the Display so I left out of the store and now that I have them they that they they say they are

I have been to plenty of Best Buys and this one is better than average but not the best. It's tucked away in the back of the Christiana Fashion Complex so you have to go through a gauntlet of traffic to get there. The store layout is fine, they have a huge in-store pick up section for online orders. It always amazes me how long their in-store pick up line is, even after I give the Best Buy employee my order number, they always come back to the counter with some of my items but not all like it's some kind of scavenger hunt for them back there The app said my in-store pickup order was ready, so why isn't ready? I want it "all in one bag ready"and I can just leave. That's why I did online in-store pick up, I don't want to wait for my order to ship. I don't want to wait in lines at the store. I just want to scan my phone, grab my items, and leave. The Concord Pike Best Buy almost has it, they have a locker system that you access outside the store. It's new and when it works it worked well but a few times the locker system was down and I had to go in-store.

I have the Best Buy total rewards and typically only come to Geek Squad. Every single time I come in, even with an appointment, the geek squad representatives check me in amd then go help.other customers before helping me. If it was once or twice it would be an anomaly. When it's five-six times that is disparate treatment. I won't be renewing my Total Rewards!!!!!
Here I am checked in, and the rep is helping someone else. I'm here at 403pm, my appointment was 3pm to pick-up my device. This is the typical if you go to the Christiana, Newark DE location.

I scheduled an order for curbside pickup at Best Buy, knowing I'd have my three small kids in tow, with the promise of "wait time: 10 minutes or less".
After waiting double that time with no order in sight, I was left to chase a game of call center ping-pong, only to be redirected back to the original queue.
With no other choice, I was forced to bring my kids into the store, and after informing the cashier about the delay, his reaction was a lackluster "Oh wow." I was then handed a microwave, one that he admit was heavy, but no offer to help was extended.
I'm not the tallest person (at all), so I had no other choice but to balance a hefty microwave on my shoulder, pushing my baby in the stroller, while my oldest child helped push the other side and held my oldest toddler’s hand out of the store. All this happening while a group of Best Buy employees watched from the entrance without lifting a finger to assist.
While I usually leave balanced reviews, this is a clear case of abysmal customer service. I’m left feeling as though having my husband pick up the order would have led to a different outcome. It saddens me to think that the way I was treated was a reflection of chauvinistic attitudes. One should not have to strategize about which family member does the shopping just to avoid such a distressing experience.
I initially chose Best Buy (over Amazon) to save a day on shipping time, but in hindsight, that one day saved cost me far more in stress and inconvenience.
Having worked retail myself, I understand how easy it is for this feedback to be disregarded. It comes down to a SINGLE act of courtesy, of empathy, which was completely missing from my visit. Today's experience was not just disappointing, it was pathetic. If this is the standard of service now, I'd choose Amazon time and time again.

John at Computer=Customer Service
Let me tell you this man is absolutely the best in what he does, not to question or discredit the other workers but this young man took his time to give in customer service detail. He explained all the specials in detail and at no point was he agitated, boring, bored or dismissive. His product knowledge was on point and his experience in the field really came out. I was glad that I interacted with John at computer and Will at the customer service area are very good employees. I already have Best Buy as a service pinnacle but this branch is on point. We’ll be back!!!

At the Best Buy in Christiana Mall, DE, the spirit of stellar customer service truly shines through. A recent visit there turned out to be a delightful experience, as a customer returned a vacuum cleaner and upgraded to a sleek 43" Samsung TV. The sales associate was nothing short of awesome, providing not just expert advice but also a helping hand all the way to the car with the new purchase. It’s this kind of above-and-beyond service that earns a well-deserved 5-star rating and makes shopping at Best Buy a memorable event. It’s clear that the team there is committed to ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a story worth sharing.
