Bits Computer's Owner and Matt were great. I put together a PC build with hidden wires (Asus "BTF" motherboard) where the wire connections are in the back of the motherboard.
I am a Total Member at Best Buy and could have had my build done for free with the yearly paid membership that I hold. They also said it would take up to 2 weeks to build. I had my PC parts there for less than a few hours and I had a real bad feeling about the lack of professional actions. I decided to withdraw my build from Best Buy and did bring it to Matt who was much more experienced and gave me his time. Within one hour of checking in my PC parts with Matt, he called me and told me that my motherboard did not support the Asus Strix 4080 Super gpu card.
If it would have been at Best buy they would have found this out in a 7-10 days and then called me to tell me that the components didn't work and then I would have waited to order another motherboard or GPU, then wait another 2 weeks for them to build it after to parts come in.
Matt saved me 3 weeks of being without my PC and I was done in 2 days after waiting 2 days for the right GPU to be delivered. I will only trust my PC and laptop repairs with Bits Computer and Matt for now on. Thank you Matt & Bits Computer in Melbourne.

I was referred by Geek Squad. These guys are great. They opened my PC right when I brought it in, diagnosed and was done the next day. Very reasonable price. Thanks!!!!!!!

I had an unsettling experience at this computer store.
I typically only use my card at Walmart, but shortly after using it at this store, I received a $4000 bill from a luxury store in LA, even though I'm still in FL.
This has raised suspicions about the security of their card reader. Please exercise caution when using your credit card at this establishment.

Brought my laptop in to figure out if it could be saved, or if I may need a new one. Thought maybe it was just overheating, but the news was far worse! They were honest, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely return should I ever have any future computer issues.

Today Sunday March 10th went I
to Best Buy for a Laptop. I was not sure which one would be the best option. Spoke with Anthony D. he was AMAZING. He was very professional and Knowledgeable about the products.Thankfully he was working to help me with my purchase. I definitely will go back again.

There’s having poor customer service and then there’s having zero customer service and Best Buy seems to be the best at it. My husband wanted to buy me a xbox controller and checked online that they had them in stock. After we got to the store and right aisle, we noticed that they only had the picture of them and not the actually item. After some time of trying to find a worker to ask about this, we finally did and all he said was that they were locked up at the front. Didn’t bother to walk us to it, just said that the specific controller we were looking for should be at the front cashier and to just ask for it there. We went to the front and noticed that the controller we were looking for wasn’t there and that they barely had any xbox controllers at all meaning there in stock items are not correct. When we got to the cashier, with other items in hand ready to pay, we told her about this and if she could help us find it. She rudely showed us all the locked up stuff, didn’t even bother to open it, said it should be here and completely walked away. No help at all. It was mind blowing how not a single person would help. We got so mad we just walked away. This isn’t the first negative experience we had with Best Buy either. We went to a Tampa one back on Black Friday and bought an open box Samsung tv they assured us was working perfectly fine. When we brought into our apartment and noticed the Tv didn’t work, we brought in a Samsung tech and he opened the back to reveal it completely infested with roaches to the point the TV was not functional. Nobody at best buy had checked the tv out before reselling. So many negative experiences today we finally told ourselves we would never give our money to Best Buy again. Seriously, buy this stuff anywhere else and avoid the headache.

When it comes to snagging the latest gadgets, Best Buy is one of our few choices in town so I’ll continue to go there. But it’s not without its quirks. Typically the store is busy and you can’t always get an employee to help even through you look around and see tons of them in their blue shirts. This time I tried online ordering and while the ordering was easy, the curbside pickup wasn’t an option and I had to go in store. First I had to wait in line for a cashier to scan my order and then I had to go to another line to get my item. While I like their website and find it easy to order what I need or see if it’s in stock at the store, it’s never an efficient process.

Can’t make this up. Every single display at the store was nonfunctional. Quest 3 - nope. Ray Bans Meta Glasses - nope. Remarkable tablet - nope. Also, dust everywhere. Only one lane open for check outs. Shelves empty. Worst Best Buy I have ever been to.

Online purchase of soundbar open box was horrible. Item was not as described, supposedly "excellent*, it was poor at best, it had absolutely no promised hardware or anything else. I was on hold for customer service for 1 hour and a half and even a live chat did not resolve problem. Even speaking to a supervisor did not resolve the problem. Rarely shop at Best Buy and may never shop again!

I visited this location on Sunday to purchase a Meta Quest for my son. I want to compliment one of your sales folks, Reese! He was very helpful & answered all of my questions. He did try to convince me in a good way to purchase an upgraded model, but I will make my son make that decision after Christmas. Anthony up front was helpful & cordial as well. Kudos to both these guys. On the flip side I found a few sales guys in other departments pressure me to spend more $$ than I was willing to pay.That was a turn off & I can understand people purchasing online

My C:\ drive was bursting at the seams and I was suffering performance issues. After taking "repair or replace" notes over the past few days I brought that list to BITS for their opinion. Matt suggested a hard drive upgrade and doubling the RAM. I happily took his suggestion (I did NOT want to buy a new computer) and my computer is nice and speedy now. He ran stress tests, cleaned up the dusty interior, and finished the job in a few hours, for a VERY fair price. Super laid-back dude who knows his stuff. Thank you Matt!

My hard drive ran out of space in the middle of editing photos. I needed to get the photos done so I could send them to the client. I took my PC to Bits Computer and was amazed at the service. They upgraded my hard drive to 2T’s and had it installed within hours. I picked up my PC and was back to work in no time. Matt even took the time to go over my system and educate me on somethings I didn’t know about it. Very satisfied and will return again in the future.

I went to Best Buy to get help with my laptop, they said it would take greater than 1+ month to even get diagnostics and longer for turnaround. I needed my laptop back sooner than that, so they recommended checking out Bits Computer. Hands down they are the best computer repair service I've ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, understand the issues I was having almost immediately, and went above and beyond. They have earned a loyal customer! I highly recommend going to them first before going anywhere else.
