Staples is the best store for your office and school supplies. The prices are right for the quality of your product. I can choose from a variety of paper choices. The store is clean, well organized and the staff is always there to assist with any questions or to provide recommendations.

The store was organized and clean, employees were knowledgeable about the products and where they were located. Manager assisted without hesitation. Cashier checked on sale items and made sure pricing was correct. All in all it was great service and day.

Dropped my daughter’s computer off. They made quick diagnostics and repair. It was back in a day.

I walked in with a problem (of my own making) and Henry and Kanie made it their mission to find a solution - they went above and beyond to help me correct my error. The assistance from them and a couple other staff members was some of the best I'd received in a long, long time. I am not sure if Henry is the store manager or not, but he has built/works around a pleasant, resourceful and committed team dedicated to true customer service.

Great people; HOWEVER, you must get a second, third, fourth opinion if someone tells you the newer Mac's logicboards need a total replacement and data is essentially irrecoverable without paying a fortune. The logic boards in M1s, for example, CAN usually be repaired, if you can find a place willing to do it and who has the tools and expertise. Lapfix in Alexandria did that for me. I previously went to UbreakWefix, Microcenter, Apple, MacMedics, etc, etc...they all said no.

Visited this location this morning for a TSA- precheck. I cannot remember the gentlemen's name, but he was VERY professional and healthful. Despite his computer going down, and some customer's being a little impatient, he stayed professional and got the job done. My application didn't fully go through online, but he was able to assist me, and in a timely matter at that. Coming from a supervisor who is an Lt. you have a great employee on your hands!

Eli is great! Super knowledgeable, patient, courteous & overall professional! A piece of the lighting tip broke off & was stuck in the charger port of my niece’s iPad. Eli removed it & enlightened me on apple chargers v generic ones, battery life etc. & had me in & out quickly (Pause)

11/27/2023, when visiting the copy center there is always a long wait. What is the point of the self service machines if you can’t load the card with money due to no cashier at the register. I’ve been waiting at the register (as I type this review) for over 9 minutes. The staff is behind the counter playing and talking amongst each other. No one has asked if I need help etc. This is ridiculous. Bad business. There should always be a cashier at the counter.

Had a wonderful experience there! My daughter’s iPad had an issue with the headphone jack (which quickly became my problem) and we needed it fixed quickly as much of her learning curriculum is via her device.
I called and they were able to fit us in on the same day. They serviced her iPad immediately and I was out in under 15 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had for device repair. I highly recommend!

They were very accommodating and did not charge this senior citizen to put on her new Apple watchband. There is ample parking as well as attractive waiting and service areas. MacMedics will be my new Apple products service-provider.

Had an issue with my Mac that I tried getting support with from Apple over the phone. They were unable to fix the issue and sent me here. The service was in and out with great customer service. Glad to know I have local support for my Apple products now.

I came to see what was wrong with my charger port on my iPhone 12 Pro it wasn’t charging properly as if it had a short. I thought I would need to replace but the young man In the front went to the back and cleaned it out. He also recommended a protective cover for the back of my phone since it was cracking. Great service highly Recommend for sure.

Checking my laptop in for repair was quick and easy. They let me know that there were multiple routes I could go in for repair and provided me with an estimate for the most costly route. I appreciated the transparency up front, because I'd rather prepare to pay more and be surprised with paying less. The technician called the next day and said that the less costly route had much more promise and they would let me know when the parts came in. I received a phone call and an email letting me know the parts had arrived in two days. The repair was completed by the next day. Quick turn around, awesome price transparency, and I got to avoid going into a mall! I would definitely use MacMedics again. Thanks!
