Was a delight to have dinner here. The portion size is very generous, flavours so authentic, the service very nice and the price of our meals were so good! We were lucky to stumble across this restaurant on our road trip up the north coast. Thank you 🙏🏼

Loved this restaurant till tonight. 1/2 way through the meal my husband discovered this paper like sheet in the meal. I contacted the restaurant to be told I was wrong. Wasn’t looking for a refund or replacement, just an acknowledgment and apology.

Ordered a vegetarian Pad Thai, halfway through eating I found a curly wurly hair...lost my appetite didn't want to finish it. I read the reviews before ordering and I took the chance, big regrets I shouldn't have... :(

New owners, prices have increased but alas not close to the same quality , had 2 long black hairs in my prawn red curry. Could not eat it after then. Grossed me out 🤢
Sad as this was our favourite spot. But we won’t be back.

We ordered take out from these guys tonight and 2 of the dishes were very burnt, we couldn’t take them back as they had closed. It spoilt our entire takeaway as that was the only thing we could taste.

I am so annoyed that people think it is ok to send out this substandard food, it would be impossible to not know our dishes were burnt, yet they still chose to send them out. Reading another review it is my belief that these guys are not cleaning pans in between dishes and the burnt/ charred food is because of this. Will never order here again absolute disappointment and waste of money!!

We have been going to Royal Thai for many years, has the owners / chefs changed?
The last 3 times we have been we have been disappointed ☹️
Unfortunately after tonight’s meal we won’t be back
My noodle dish smells and tastes burnt
The satay chicken is so dry
And the Chicken wings have a very weird taste, like freezer burn?
Our meal was also cold , left sitting on the bench to be picked up , not under heat lamps
So disappointed
I tried to call but no answer
