My husband and I ate lunch on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. We of course opted to sit outside under the tiki hut right by the water. It was fabulous. But what was even better was our server! Matthew was an absolute delight. He took great care of us and gave us good recommendations. We took him up on several. I ordered the Boom Boom Grouper Wrap with home made chips and my husband ordered the Lobster Roll with the coleslaw. All were delicious! Matthew checked on us periodically with such a pleasantness about him. I mentioned to him my not so pleasant experience earlier in the week when I dined for lunch at Dry Dock. Matthew would be a great candidate to train those rude folks at Dry Dock! He mentioned my comments the the GM, Kris, who came over and thanked us for coming and welcomed us to come back often. What a delightful experience all the way around. Hats off to the front and back of the house!!!
This place is fantastic! Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend. I went for lunch and had a grouper sandwich with coleslaw and it was spectacular.
We started with the mussels. Broth was fantastic! So flavorful. We had the Grouper Sandwich, grilled, lightly blackened with house made chips. So good! Cooked perfectly, tender and flaky on a Brioche bun. Nice atmosphere over looking the marina. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.
Lots of outdoor dog-friendly eating space as well as a lot of indoor space and a large bar. Service it terrific. They bring out water bowls for your pets and are always very kind to them. This place has some great views of the marina and intracoastal.
Their salads are very fresh. The fried grouper sandwich is one of the best around, and their fish and chips are thick, well fried filets. Absolutely delicious! Get their famous homemade chips as a side and ask for some sweet chili sauce to dip them in. It’s house made too.
Nothing says Florida like dining at Dockside Waterfront Grill. Awesome views of the water (and boats) and as a bonus you can view the sunset as you dine. Excellent customer service-our waitress was amazing, and food was delicious.
We went for the first time this past Saturday for lunch. Our server, Jacob, was terrific. He answers all our questions and even offered tastes of several beers my husband was unfamiliar with to help him choose. I had the sunset salad, he tried the shrimp quesadilla and we shared the bacon wrapped scallops. We never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing him with our questions. Lunch was delicious and the drinks good but the service made it perfect. Jacob gets a 10 out of 10 in the service department!
Wow, my new favorite place. The atmosphere is fabulous overlooking the Marina and great for sunsets. The food is equally as good. I had the fried Grouper Wrap with a Chili Sauce. The seasoned French fries are really good too. The help is very friendly and on spot. Jeff S North Port Florida.
The lobster lollipops are a definite must. The lobster bisque is very, very flavorsome. The actual chunks of lobster add that extra punch, which makes this delightful cup of soup so enjoyable. The steak was perfectly prepared and even had a hint of charcoal flavor. I did not care for the sauce, so I opted to leave it on the side. The salad was jam-packed with nuts, and cranberries opted to add salmon, which was a perfect match. Omg, this pina colada cheesecake is so delicious, perfect way to finish our meal. I would highly recommend this place
