I always forget the waiters real name but they call him Jovi's because hes super tall been going to the gold reef one since he was a waiting and now a supervisor !! always spending time and food and drinks good and quick !! 10/10

Debonairs is the best, there's always a special on something which is always a bargain.I love their pizzas.Efficient staff but quite a crowded and noisy atmosphere.

Food is a disaster. Pizza bland. Pasta grossly overcooked and sold as gluten free when it's normal pasta. Pasta had no flavor either. Requested extra avo. Had to remind the waiter when the food came.

We waited 45min before the starters and mains arrived simultaneously! Instead of separate. Waiter didn't come around after serving first drinks.
Manager was condescending and arrogant when we complained. He was right and we were wrong.

Kids were constantly screaming the whole time.

Yoh they did me dirty shem.. I couldn't even eat my Pizza I ordered two pizza for take away my mistake was not checking If the orders are okay...burnt and both raw I. Am heart broken I don't wanna lie I simply can't eat this. Who do I even call?

Quick question - why must we always wait in the parking lot for either pops or wings at this KFC, no other KFC but this one consistently? Evert single time. Drive through is for speed and efficiency. Next time I won't park and the queue will build up.

Been giving this KFC multiple chances over a year but jeez is the service and food pathetic. From saltless tasteless chicken, zinerwings and dry cardboard burgers today is the last. From Missing items on orders( i always use the drive through so an inconvenience to go back) or incorrect items being packed or given to us or the quality being terrible. Rather drive 2mins up the road to the kennilworth kfc.

First of all, we love that there is a huge play area for the children. They also had a special where children eat a free meal when you order a main meal. All the portions are nice and big, so definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolute worst service, we ordered food at the drive through, we were told to wait 15mins but it's been well over 30 minutes. We walked into the store but it took a while for our presence to even be acknowledged.

Poor overall experience and it was my first visit to the KFC.

I recently ordered from debonairs, hoping for a seamless 'click and collect' experience. However, my visit turned out to be less than satisfying. Despite ordering ahead, my order wasn't ready upon arrival. The pizza, despite its promising toppings, had an oddly bitter taste that left me questioning the quality. Additionally, the cocktail chicken grillers I ordered were disappointingly dry, possibly due to being slightly burnt. Overall, a letdown in terms of both service and taste.

Lovely guy I can say cashier, he's patient and welcoming. Pizza took about 10mins, but was worth it, I haven't had pizza for a while because of terrible experience from other stores, but I can say I enjoyed the freshness from the Glen.

Probably the WORST meal I've ever ordered. The burger was served on an old, dry roll, with a piece of tomato the size of an R2 coin, topped with just as much mayonnaise.

I ordered a drumstick and a thigh, but didn't receive them. Instead, I was given the driest and most overcooked pieces of chicken they could find. It felt like the chicken had either died of old age or this must have been yesterday's leftovers.

I'm not the type of person to complain, and I know nothing will be done about my complaint, but hopefully, I can warn the next person not to waste their money on such poor-quality food.

I took my daughter on Thursday afternoon to the joint. The kind of service I received was way out this world, the quality of food was excellent. The gentleman at the till, whose name I forgot to ask, personified what service should be, impeccable. I would recommend this store to friends and family any day. Keep it up guys.

Incredible shwarma they serve with a range of sauces and toppings to choose as well as a base meat of either chicken, beef of lamb

At 10h they indicated they had such a big order, that they can only serve clients again after 13h. Really sad that they could not serve me....

Had a decent vegetarian meal here. Lots of options available. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The Creamy Spinach and Feta Pasta was delicious. Two of us had this and both thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Another member of my party had the Crumbed Veg stack. She enjoyed it. Meal took longer than ours to arrive though. However portion size was really big. She couldn't finish the meal. The salad was so big we had to help her finish it. Salad was great, with Danish Feta. My wife's Vegan chicken and Mushroom sub was not so thoroughly enjoyed.

My one star is not for the food or KFC as a business but for customer service at the particular KFC branch. KFC has always been a good restaurant for fast food but when I went to this particular KFC at the Glen Mall I was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the staff members, they turn their back to you when you enter the shop in a way to force you to use the self-service machines, a concept which I understand that they want to promote these machines but I don't think it's moral and ethical practice to do it at the expense of customers time and convenience, they were two employees visible and both of them were wearing headphones and when I asked for help they behaved in a manner to make me feel guilty for disturbing and they had no customer service attitude at all. I had to insist that they look at me because I wanted to ask a question and when I changed my attitude showing that I know my rights as a client that is when they gave turned around to helping listen.

The Streetwise Kleva is a good quick meal which includes a small cola and chips. The chicken leg piece 🍗 was well prepared and delicious . A short wait for a table can be expected. Great value 👍

I recently decided to try out the KFC branch located near the Glen Mall instead of my usual go-to, the Rifle Range KFC. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, but I had a slightly inconvenient experience with the service.

Upon ordering, we opted for the 15-piece bucket and 10-piece Zinger wings. The chicken pieces were freshly fried and tasted much better than what I'm used to at the Rifle Range location.

However, I found the Zinger wings to be lacking in flavor and spice compared to what I usually enjoy.

The drive-through experience was smooth on a Sunday afternoon around 4 PM. However, there was a slight hiccup during the collection process. The cashier mentioned that I would receive my invoice at the collection area.

However, when I received my food, no invoice was provided. I inquired about it, and they had to go back and retrieve it, which took approximately five minutes. Finally, when the person returned with the invoice, I was asked to park in the waiting area to receive it.

At that point, I decided to forgo the invoice and proceed without it.
Additionally, during the transaction, the cashier requested a donation of R2 for three kids, and I obliged. I sincerely hope that the money reaches the right hands as intended.

Despite the minor inconvenience with the service, I must commend the KFC at the Glen Mall for the excellent quality of their chicken. The flavors were exceptional, and the chicken was freshly prepared, making it a delightful surprise.

I believe that the staff at this branch could improve the service by ensuring that invoices are provided at the collection point, eliminating the need for customers to wait or park separately for it. This small adjustment would greatly enhance the overall experience for patrons.

Overall, I had a positive dining experience, and I would recommend trying the KFC at the Glen Mall for their deliciously prepared chicken. Just keep in mind the potential inconvenience with the invoice process.

The experience I had at Anat in Gold Reef City was rather unpleasant. The service was terrible. The food was made in-front of me and I was not satisfied. Raw beef and chicken were cooked on the stove simultaneously and cross contamination of the two meats. One utensil was used to all the toppings which made no sense.

The service was nice. It's not really a sit down restuarant because it's small but the food was tasty and filling. The staff is nice but I didn't like the part of not getting the chillie/mayo and parmesan on the side like what we normally get at the normal panarottis but other than that it was nice

We bought kfc nugget box meal. Meal was cold and we were told their coldrink machine is broken. We said ok but we paid for a meal? Lady just looked at us and said sorry. So we paid for full meal with coldrink.... and had to go buy coldrink after paying already for it....she was prepared to give the R2.50 payable in if we took coke iso coke zero refund ....we also did not receive that back. Will jever go there again. You cant chose options on their electronic.menue...was told it does notnwork.

It is ridiculous that this kfc never has cool drinks or chicken or something is out of stock on a daily basis and us as customers are forced to pay extra for meals. When I want a meal I don't want to pay for a buddy when a cup of come comes with my meal. I have been here a week with the national championships and feel that's its pathetic that everyday I come here I need to extra cause there's something out of stock n they can't substitute nothing. I'm gna b here another 3 weeks. Kfc get ur act straight. We spend alot of money by yall

I think this place is like having a complete package in one. It caters for all ages, and one can spend the whole day without knowing time. Its a place where the whole family can visit. It has rides, eating houses and casino. In conclusion a good entertainment venue.

I love love love Anat food. Unfortunately my experience at the Gold Reef City was less than pleasant- food wise. The staff were friendly and helpful BUT the chips we got were Mcains frozen chips and not the Anat chips we have all grown to love. The beef burger tasted like an economy burger served on a varsity campus and also very flat. I would really appreciate if management can look into this-especially for loyal customers like us. Whether I am at Rosebank, Sandton, Clearwater er or Gold Reef, I expect to get the same delicious taste

Well because of loadshedding I was excited to try this new kfc branch, you know the whole new broom sweeps clean story, but that's where the excitement ended, I waited 35mins for a twister, zinger burger and a box master, not meals just those 3 items..... got home, only to start eating cold food like the food was waiting for me, rather than me waiting for the food, the cheese slice I paid for was not added to my burger, the zinger burger was infact Normal not Zinger, food just wasn't all that great.

Their triple deker looks like a flat pizza and it doesnt look like a three stacked pizza.no wonder they not busy like other restaurant around them

Worst experience ever!! I was about to collapse and the guy servicing me had the worst attitude because I went to go and sit down and couldn't come collect my Cooldrink. Simple things like great customer service go a long way and because of such a horrible experience. I'll never advocate for this restaurant.

The experience at Gold Reef city was rather unpleasant, we encountered rude staff on a couple of occasions not just to my family of five, but to other customers as well. The worst service was from memories Photographics. This type of service really ruined my children's excitement about going to Gold Reef. This will definitely not be a choice for us in the near future.
