Popped in for dinner. Soup, tea cake and coffee. Friendly service, food, good quality but Smooth radio is not for me!!
Lovely home cooked meal. Enjoyed a lovely cheese and onion quiche with a cappuccino. Quick and efficient service and the coffee was lovely and hot.

We drove past this place million times and never noticed it untill today. We were really surprised how lovely the place look (despite rundown neighbourhood). The building looks lovely both inside and outside. Jacket potato and the sandwich was really tasty

Big fan, Salt & Pepper chips are on point. Sweet & Sour chicken is crispiest I've ever had, it just makes it! Hot & Spicy sauce is a new one to me and its lovely! Wish I could eat this everyday lol

Ordered a meal and 2 hours after consuming some of the food we both became violently ill, despite no other food being consumed that day the takeaway denied any responsibility and refused to investigate the matter to ensure others did not suffer the same effects and denied any refund.
The uneaten food is now going to be sent for testing. My advice be wary of ordering from here

Go Fridays for a breakfast sandwich, lovely couple run this place great people great food
Personally we found the cake in particular over priced for what it was at £4.50/4.95 for lemon and blueberry / carrot cake. The experience and taste was fairly average and underwhelming unfortunately. Could possibly be just our cake choice / taste though. The staff very friendly and helpful and the cafe itself was clean.
Best chinese around compliments to the chef my chicken rendang is always beautiful staff are polite friendly and food is always perfect well done 🙂
Came for brekko Sunday morning the food and the service was amazing. The owner recommended a breakfast muffin which I would highly recommend. (Not yet on the menu) We've returned for lunch as the food was so nice. Well done to the owners and their staff.
I have used butties to go since they opened up and I havent been anywhere else since, from the service to the quality of the food is 10/10 quality meats used and portion sizes are not scrimped on.

Not great today. Stale white sliced bread sadly. The outside of the sandwich was hard. Very thin filling too. As someone who used to sell sandwiches we used to throw away bread at the end of EVERY day and always have fresh bread in the morning and never use bread the next day.(as far as I remember you can claim on the wastage).This bread wasn’t fresh. Also they got my order wrong too but we’d driven away by the time I found out.

Ordered for the first time today, oatcake was alright tbh but the panini came with no drink even though it was included in the price and to topp it off the panini wasn't even toasted like if your selling them then in a panini maker it goes not just a baguette form, hardly any cheese! Quite disappointing tbh. Also ordered a pasta box thinking it would be salad and pasta for the price but no just pasta. Really wanted to give this place some good Feed back but quite disappointing tbh. Sorry
This is the best breakfast in Stoke! The service is amazing we always get the warmest of welcomes, the food is delicious I would recommend this place to anyone. Breakfast dinner or tea you can't go wrong with this place if you are after great food good value and brilliant service.
I got here at least once a week! The couple who run it are fantastic and amazing at what they do! It’s a fantastic atmosphere, even when there’s a queue to the door, they are fast! Fantastic and fair prices, couldn’t recommend more

Nothing of note. The girls in there were friendly, they made the food quickly, it tasted fine - like any other subway (not my first choice for food but was all that was available in a town I'd not been to before and was hungry and in a rush 🤷🏽😁)

i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore.
2 hour wait for food. Waited that long was debating beans on toast would have been a more appealing option. Called up said it was ready for delivery but had wait 45 minutes after. The food did turn up and was still warm some how, was a good size portion for price it just wasn’t worth the wait.
So I always order from you tonight the duck full of bones and grizzle rang up and the service was amazing offered to replace or refunded we took the refund they sent a driver with the money and to collect the duck .
I will not stop ordering from because of the way you handled tonight I have never had a bad meal from you before food has always been truly amazing .

Rubbish service here says you can only have hot side for your free side even though I have been to both in Hanley and they said I could get any snack, pathetic ruined my day
The food here is superb. Definitely worth a visit. Everything I've ordered sandwiches, pies, chips, oatcakes and cakes have been perfect!
Haven't been for a couple of months and was really looking forward to it as I've enjoyed their food in the past. Was disappointed though. Had the House Chow Mein, no beef, one piece of green pepper and broccoli. It was very gloupy, yet its states on the menu, with sauce/gravy. I feel as if it was made hours ago in a huge Wok and dished out when needed. Also had Cantonese Ribs as it also stated it was a favourite recommendation, the sauce on this was very thick and glossy too.

Everytime I order from here they always get my order wrong, today orderd a tuna sub and they put bbq sauce all over it and killed the sub absolutely disgusting why they would do that idk was told to request a refund and reorder but refunds take upto 5 days.... I'll just never order or recommend this place again

We had a takeaway from Oriental Pearl Thursday evening we had special fried rice, beef, curry and chips. The curry was disgusting. It was gloopy turn the carton upside down and it stayed in there presume it was yesterdays reheated won’t be going there again so please stop sending us texts stay away save your money go elsewhere. There’s plenty of a Chinese is in Kidsgrove and the food hygiene rating isn’t great if that’s true, it could be lower

Healthy delicious food, pleasant staff. The restaurant is clean, cozy, spacious.
Quite like the subs here. Like the ham with cheese and poached egg. Tried the gravy for the first time and thought it had a peculiar taste so wouldn’t buy again. Also tried the pigs in blankets and they were ok.

I think they changed the layout and the queueing area feels very claustrophobic and narrow.
The drink machine was out of order so I had to pay extra for a bottle, that's not right. When I got the bottle it was warm, and I asked for a different bottle, but it too was warm.

Great staff, friendly. Nice choice of food. Recommend the hot beef, onion, mushroom and gravy stick.

Absolutely lovely couple who are always run off their feet yet, their customer service skills are always exceptional, they go above and beyond to cater for each individual. Their breakfasts, baps, salads and sticks are fab value for money. Best breakfasts around and everything on the menu is top value for money.

Absolutely amazing Cafe! I could not applaud the owners enough as they have hit the nail on the head with this one! Wonderful quaint cafe with a fantastic atmosphere and decor to match, the food is amazing (fully recommend egg in the hole) and all the cakes! 5* for quality and the service is top notch aswel with friendly team!, this is a hidden gem of a cafe and I would fully recommend popping in if you are passing! (Or even if your not passing by its worth a trip!) Parking is right outside which makes it even more accessible! I will be returning :)
Taste was amazing.. I had went with my friends and we ordered many things like 2 different kind of footlong also we ordered sides. Nachos are superb and tasty. The way subway prepare Nachos with salsa and cheese... It's lovely and superb. It was extraordinary experience for all friends at this subway. We all went to many subways before but here the staff is good and also welcoming. Definitely I will go again To eat again. Very neat and clean place.

Was lucky to stumble upon this little gem. Very nice little venue, only stopped for a tea and vanilla slice, but it was lovely, have heard the food is great too, but not tried myself. Nice setting, bet its beautiful in the sunshine too. Thank you
To begin with I had to ring twice to see where my food was as it took way over an hour to be delivered, the man on the phone provided no solutions and very poor customer service. Once the food had came the large breakfast looked more like a snack for a 7 year old, both meals were poorly presented and a lot of the food was burnt too the point where it was more like eating a bag of crisps. The sausages tasted like I’d just took a bite out of my car tyre! More food was chucked away than eaten with both meals it was so poor I didn’t even offer it to the dog. Never mind the fact it was £17, if I had cooked it myself or gone to another place it would of been 10x quicker, cheaper and nicer! When we ordered from here last year it was lovely I don’t know if it’s just a bad day but something really took a wrong turn.

Beautiful food I had to wait a bit but she was extremely busy so didn't mind and she was really nice. Also it was extremely clean.Was my first time visiting on Monday will defently be going again highly recommend.
So the first two times I went. It was nice. But I've just been. And maybe they're rushed but. If they expect to call what they just gave me as cooker bacon. Then I guess I don't know what cooked bacon is. Also. Please use a fresh knife when cutting the sandwich in half. I don't do ketchup. But your previous customer liked it.

There hot chicken, gravy and stuffing sticks are amazing. Proper cooked chicken and the sticks are so soft. Yummy.

The food was just really bad , not even homemade oatcakes they were in a pack, bacon really salty and dry the sausage was that hard you could bounce it off a wall mushrooms were burnt everything was so bad £15 straight in the bin will never use again. Disgusting.
Worst food around and very rude staff think he was called Kal very poor attitude. Dirty kitchen from what I cud see from the counter. If I hadn’t already paid I would never have bought from ere. Also very long wait told it be ready in 10 and still waiting 20 mins later guy didn’t seen to care and told me well next time go elsewhere.

Ordered a large bacon, egg to get a huge bread cake bigger than my head to receive 2 tiny bacon and a little egg that didn’t cover 1/3 of my bread cake. I went back in for a nice gentleman to explain why you only get that and for 40p more he’ll make it a 5 piece sandwich (can’t moan at that for £3 in total) then the issue arose where a very disgusting, rude, vile lady decided to appear from the back speaking so rudely, raising her voice & to top it off pointing her finger at me telling me that’s what I ordered where over a handful of times I explained no I never I just want a large sandwich, after the situation was already resolved, eventually the lady moved herself back into the kitchen and left the situation as I’m waiting pretty wound up at this point after the rudeness from this lady the polite gentleman asks if I’m ok to which I said “yes I just don’t believe people should be belittled and spoke to in such a vile manor just for trying to order a sandwich” then once again the vile human decided to fly back out of the back to start raising her voice again to which I lost my temper as I will not be spoke to or mistreated by anybody for no unjustified reason as nobody should be. Overall good value for money just need to keep the unfriendly, argumentative, rude staff under control and show them how to respect and treat people how they would like to be treated.

I cant even give them a star. They turned up with the wrong filling on the oatcake and the plastic bag and boxes were melted to the food. When I called to nicely ask them for the oatcake i actually ordered they told me they would have to check the "kitchen cam" to make sure we were not lying. The lady on the phone was so ride. Awful service, will be ensuring hartshill knows just how awful it was.
I had delivery and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get to my house. I would never order from here again. Also, when the food got here, the nachos were cold with the cheese NOT melted, and the nachos tasted as if they were from tesco.
Staff are friendly, kind and pleasant. Shop is clean, and you are able to see the area where your food is prepared and cooked freshly. Food is delicious, and is great value for money. Well priced. Highly recommended.
Excellent service and absolutely banging food. The establishment has gone through a renovation and has a cute area to eat outside on a beautiful day.
10/10 would eat here again.

Lovely food shop. I love the cottage pie chips and gravy. Also the hot chicken- beef gravy baguettes are the best.

A nice cosy cafe. Friendly staff, a great value for money. The food is super tasty and outstanding quality. I never know what I want to have as there is so much to choose from. Sammy's Homemade Burgers are a must try!! Not forgetting their home made specials too!!😍

Wasnt a bad breakfast but too many tomatoes spoiled it and the bacon tasted funny like soap :/ and i orderd mushrooms as a extra and never recieved any

Ordered a sausage bap which seemed expensive at £3.40 When it came it was huge with 4 sausages in it. Very nice. And a hot chocolate to go with it. It said to order at the counter but received table service. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Next time you review my business try answering your front door when my staff member was waiting and knocking on your door for over 20 minutes with no answer. I've been open for over 7 years and never had a complaint over my delivery service. Sorry you felt this way and if you want to call the shop and discuss this further it's up to you. The shop closes at 2pm not 3pm this is googles review page that states this and is wrong and as you were advised at the time of ordering we closed at 2pm. You called at 13:56 and we still made your order and delivered it, shame you didn't answer the door.
