Ordered deliveroo - got a cheeseburger and paid £5.65 for fries. The burger was nice but the whole meal was cold, and there were barely any fries. Totally different to the in-store experience, I definitely won't order delivery again.

Food was dry and cold forgot our sauces and took over an hour i wouldnt feed my dog this food! Worst experience ever dont recommend it
One of the many typical takeaways on Lincoln Road, so don't expect luxury and 5 star service and atmosphere. But where Papa Luigi shines above many is the food.

this pizza place used to be great but recently the food has been hit and miss, last time i ordered they took an hour and a half to deliver then even though i paid by paypal they knocked on my door twice asking for money accusing me of not paying, them when i proved i paid i didnt even get an apology will order somewhere else from now on
Great food, but as usual for Five Guys, a bit pricey. Definitly scratched that itch for a great burger though! and s always a small fries gave us more than enough for two to share! The space and bahtrooms were nice and clean as well!

Smoking burgers and shakes is the best place in town for what’s offered, they genuinely have the best tasting burgers cooked to perfection with the best crispy chips with a soft fluffy inside to make a perfect meal. Highly recommend anyone come and check this place out as you’d leave very satisfied.
Every other week, we find ourselves placing an order with Papa Luigi, and we must say, the quality of both the food and service is excellent. The delivery times are excellent too. We would also like to extend our compliments to Ish, a young man whose telephone etiquette is nothing short of delightful. Thank you. Sue and Andy.

Honest review. Got a variety of burgers, starters and sides. Spent £55 and store knew I was a new customer because the receipt said so. Burgers were filled with the oddest selection of salad and close to cold. Some of the chips were not fully cooked and others seemed reheated by taste. Food was mediocre. 4/10 just because the delivery driver was very nice & apologised about the 1hr 30 delivery time. I was expecting more from the beautiful looking food printed on the flyer that was delivered to me a few days prior. Maybe it’s better in store but couldn’t tell you at this moment.
I've had pizzas from here for decades!! However, I think there must be changes somewhere because it's not the same. I order a New York, but I hate sausage. I always ask not to have that but replace with more salami. The last FOUR times there is the dreaded sausage. I've only eaten half the pizza these last 4 times. Never again, shame really.
We stumbled upon this place when we were wandering one day and booked a table for the weekend as it was my partners birthday. We have never looked back. The service is always wonderful, the food is the best Indian in town in our opinion and my partners parents enjoy it so much they often drive up from Huntingdon to take it home with them. Such a hidden gem that we are glad we found

Had the 12' munch box portion was good but the onion rings were disgusting and seeks kebabs were dry.
Confused with the name charcoal grill, when they serve fried chicken....65 per cent of the food is fried ..🤔. Hard times have fallen on this place after Covid. I tend to go to Pepes to get grilled chicken burgers. Most importantly, I find the quality on food prep varies, from good to bad, there always something missing or not the right requirements achieved on the order. However, they do apologise, but it spoils it for which other family member they get it wrong for, but obviously, thanks for the apology, but try to get it right the first time.

We got takeout from here last week and tried their highly recommended Chicken Lollipops. We opened the box to find 7 lollipops instead of the 5 mentioned on the menu. The lollipops were amazing! Not too spicy and absolutely loaded with flavour! One of the best dishes I’ve had in a really really long time! Really looking forward to visiting again.
Bread was missing from the order. Called restaurant immediately and was told they would send it out. Waited over an hour for it to arrive by which time we had already eaten the rest of the food. Really Dissapointing.
The place does nice food and have been going there for multiple years. I would say they are very over priced as to what I bought tonight . I own a takeaway myself but these guys I would say are over priced or covering the cost of their refurb. Anyways well done food was good but but careful as money soon is running out.
Tbh ratings for food and service were a guess .. we had chosen to visit specially, as ny son loves a good burger and were keen to try on site rather than delivery to be sure we had the best first experience. The state of the tables and floors was appalling and totally unsanitary, despite being empty and various members of staff on site. Will not be returning.
Iv been here 5 times in the last few weeks while I'm out of training camp and the food has been amazing everytime hot tasty and always full of flavour the chicken wings are cooked to perfection and the flavour is on point. The burger tastes like a gourmet burger not a fast food burger the chips are crispy hot and the peri peri chips are just yum. If I had to say one thing then i could say its not as cheap as other places but to be very honest it's worth every single penny. Yet to try the shakes but I will be. 🤗
An excellent dining experience, the waiters were very nice and explained the food to us, the decor was beautiful and the food was as nice as it was presented. There was a bit of a wait (less than 10 minutes) but it was well worth it, as I definitely recommend coming here for a lovely Indian (goan) cuisine. 💯
Peterborough’s very own hidden gem, a variety of options unavailable elsewhere from hard shell crab, shark, hare, venison and much more. Rich in flavour and spices. I will be coming back here as a regular customer.

Second time using chilli Sizzler I went with a 50 inch munch box OMG how amazing words cannot describe all the meats chips salad and sauces there was plenty of food to go round 100% recommend

Visited here a couple of weeks ago, we had heard about the food chain before but never tried it. We ordered based on recommendations from friends and wow...the milkshakes are amazing! If you ever go, go for the milkshakes. You won't be disappointed! The food was good but very pricey. Either way, it's worth a try!

As an Indian and having studied in Goa plus as a hotelier I know my food.. entering to the restaurant I was not sure if it was the right choice as the place was busy, the staff were preparing a table of 10-12, for people who were waiting and although they saw us, continued the set up (strange)..
I was like let’s go out but something inside me told me wait and finally after 5 minutes (when waiting it makes you feel 15mins) we were finally approached and taken to a table which was free..
But now my entire assumption was changed, the server was immediately to our table, the order taking was prompt (slightly unsure if they had the drink - Amrit whiskey) I was asking for.
The drinks were quick to arrive and the food was Jet speed. The appetizers were delicious and the portion size was decent..
Our mains were also delivered promptly and this convinced me that the step by step service sequences followed must be really good.
The server Ronaldinho (No guesses about his origin) and Beatrice were both professional and helpful.
I also spoke to the restaurant manager while he was checking on us and shared my positives

Two toilets, and drawing stuff for kids and creative adults. This premises is not recommended for nut allergy sufferers. The cooking oil here is peanut oil, nothing will be peanut free.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. I believe the place is so good that it has a lot of online orders. And placing an order physically could be challenging because you have to wait for the others who placed an order online. The receptionist was very polite and the service was okay. Unfortunately, we were the only ones in there and it looked like we weren't being attended to but other people had ordered online so, best is to order online. Wish I rated 5 stars on each

Express Burger has opened again after a full refit and it is now looking smart, trendy and comfortable. I love the new colours and logo but most importantly the food is as goid as always and the service fast and friendly. Best place for Burgers in town.

Lovely food always spot on, love the chilli sauce,been using this place for good 30 years and the taste still the same from day 1.
The wrap was 90% meat and 10% sauce with salad and a bit of tomatoes.
The meat was just there on the side in a pot, so it wasn't fresh but i thought for a £4 can't complain. The meat tasted okay but man add less meat and put some chips in there, a bit more salad and veggies and some more sauces.
Literally i felt like eating 1kg of meat with bread....

One of the best in Peterborough. Last time my donner was a little dry, but overall it's always spot on. Nice family running the place too.
Used hotpot for over 25 years. Always reliable and crispy fresh.
Staff have changed over the years but food remains the same.

Update 23/09/22: Received a response from the business asking me to contact them via the feedback on their website (surprising as I only said the fries were too salty - otherwise a five star review), I did this and heard nothing in response - so conclude their response is simply there as a visible show of them caring, when it would appear the opposite could be the case.

The store is very clean and tidy, the staff super friendly, although clearly working to a script, which makes it somewhat disingenuous. Service was very quick indeed and the flavours on the drinks was excellent with combinations you cannot buy in bottles, we tried the caffeine free Coke flavors and they were very good.
The food itself was excellent the only problem was the fries were SUPER salty! I love salty food, but even I struggled with these. I suspect there had been an "accident" with the lid on the salt pot, my wife couldn't eat all of hers.
As a couple this was a good experience, but at just over £30 for two burgers, shared fries and drinks, this would make a family visit very expensive. Probably rule it out for a lot of families these days, where household budgets are being seriously stretched.

Mistakes happen but to then take a further 45 mins after the wrong food was delivered. Was obviously the same wrap just over reheated, tasted disgusting. Normally pretty good but will seriously have to consider whether to order again.

Five guys is a must go to where ever I stop at and they have one. This one is located in the city center of Peterborough and easy to get to. Very clean and the customer service is speedy. Simple menu like every other location with high quality food. Of course the products are fresh and shipped in daily. I recommend it for fast food pick up

I had been cautious about going here after a friend who had been to the Reading site and had said the burgers were small and not worth the price. But I was pleasantly surprised to say the burgers weren't small and we're a good size and super tasty and the toppings were really fresh and added to the taste. I had the bacon cheeseburger and large Cajun fries and a lovely shake and everything was top notch and I will return again. Well done to the staff.
I have ordered from hotpot several times now. The food quality always tends to be at 4/5 or 5/5. The standard is high. It is clear they take pride in their cooking and serving quality food. The delivery time was the full 40 minutes, but was certainly worth it.

Decided to try someplace new and super glad I did. The burgers were amazing. Highly recommend this place for a great burger and shake (had the Snickers one - omg)!
Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Food was excellent, wings were incredible 🤤. Service was impeccable. Honestly didn’t expect everything to be this good.

It is real value for money! Although a very small takeaway type place with little seating arrangement, but worth writing about them because the food is good.
We have been ordering from them since many months now and are yet to be disappointed.
Pictured here is their Mix Platter for 2-3 persons but it is for at least 4 persons with good appetite.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to order from this place. First of all the food took over two hours to arrive for a simple small order. When called, I was given excuses and lies about why it was taking long, each time 'it'll be there in 5 mins'. They lied, it took two hours. When the food arrived, it was freezing cold. The chicken was burnt (see pictures) literally all black, it was dry with no flavour. The chips were soggy, wet and cold. It did not have any sauces or salad as was requested. Honestly, worst experience ever.
Amazing tasty food and good service; however, the music can be loud and offensive, which lets it down. (There is no need for it to be so loud as rap music can be quite vulgar).
Very consistent and fresh food. The one thing that makes this place great however is the people who work there. They will go above and beyond in order to ensure that they provide the best service possible. Highly recommended.

Nice cozy place with a clean dining area. Food are really nice and reasonable . But the service is awful. The corridor where the bathroom is smelly and dirty. The only good thing about this place is the food. Meat donnar is really good. poor dessert and beverage selection .
Great takeaway and fast service. I had a mix tikka kebab in naan and it was absolutely delicious, best I've had in ages. I always used to get kebabs from Eastern delight but when it changed owners, it went downhill. The old owners of Eastern delight now own Hotpot and the food is brilliant. Further more the owner is a really nice guy. Great food, great service, good value and great staff
Place has either been taken over or the foods gone to pot. Got a couple of Frisbees and tasted like it too. 2 for 10 is now 2 for 12 .
