This outlet is spoiling the name of ccd as a brand.
Or they have been assigned the duty to minimize the number of people visiting this outlet !
The iced tea and lemonade we ordered , we paid for the drink completely.not at 50 percent discount! But yet what we got was a half glass of beverage!
The other half was filled with ice , ideally speaking all i could see was ice, when we did take out all the ice . Thats how much our drink was served .
When i asked the incharge there if what i ordered was a slush or a lemonade.
He was completely blank, not having understood what a slush meant in the first place because they legit served us one !!
Unapologetic and least deserving outlet.

Oh btw, our order came after 25mins not to forget .

Probably the ice was still freezing in the freezer hence the delay 😶

Awesome outlet / experience shop of the Cafe Coffee Day chain. I would rate it as one of the best CCD outlets in India. It has got spacious seating area , with good comfortable sofa and chairs to relax and hang out. There are a plethora of tea, coffee and food options to chose from as well. They do have some seating outdoor also. The service is quite fast and the staff is friendly, helpful and profession as well. Ample parking space also available here.

I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anybody in. Bhubaneswar

I personally loved the atmosphere of this CCD amongst all in the town.
The entire cafeteria was clean, well-maintained with aesthetic ambience!!
One can definitely work here over a cup of coffee or sit and chill!!
The place being at the center of the city doesn't feel like it, instead you will definitely find a positive atmosphere.

The prices are definitely on a bit higher side.
But it's okay and manageable over the taste and quality!

I ordered an Iced Latte and a garlic toast and overally it costed me around ₹320/-.

Will surely top it in one of the most beautiful place amongst the BBSR cafes.

Coffee prices are little bit high. However, Instead of go there I'll Prefer Other local Coffee shop . If you are 4-5 members and have a important meeting then you can visit here. Itzz a very good place for them.

I always loved its interior and sitting arrangement. Appreciate the behaviour of the people providing services there. But most of the time their food quality is not good...

Had a cheesecake...seemed like a stale one...also didn't like the watermelon granita drink...i hope CCD will revise its menu someday

It’s not clean so much from outside. Lots of lizards. My table was not clean. Coffee taste is as usual good. I suggest to sit inside and enjoy your coffee. Inside ambience is nice.

Always a wonderful place for catching up with a friend be it new/old, the cafe has an absolutely beautiful interior and serves a variety of options for coffee/tea/snacks. I had Vanila Cappuccino and tasted okay (expected better). Other than this, the waiters greated us and asked if I wanted anything else. So, appreciate the extra efforts. Overall, a wonderful place.

Would recommend for anyone wishing to catch-up or just share a coffee. As their tag line says, “A lot can happen over coffee”.

Consumer behaviour is not too well. Too late to bring ordered food and coffee. Very nice to look at but taste is not so good. My experience is not so good here. But perfect place for outing and hangout.
