The food was hot but the star of my experience was Kemonte. Whatever they’re paying him isn’t enough. The customer service skills he has are top notch. There’s another Taco Bell closer to me but I’ll come to this one just for him. In a time where customer service is a thing of the past, he excels at it! Thank you Kemonte for the fantastic service.

Ordered the chicken power bowl. It's usually good but this one was soggy and the chicken wasn't cooked enough. The service here is always good and the restaurant is always clean. I'll return but I won't get another bowl.

The taco bell closest to my house was out of steak and chicken, so this was the next one near us. Sherriki, the drive thru employee, was so pleasant and hospitable...talk about service with a smile. My husband and I were amazed and complimented her on her "chick-fil-a" type customer service. Our order was hot and fresh. There was nothing missing from our bag. We ordered 2 steak chalupas, 1 nacho bell grande and a small Starry. This was such a delicious late night bite. 20 minutes out of our way, but the service will bring us back.

Went specifically for breakfast bowl that I heard was good. It was ok good, but fir the size I wouldn't say it's worth $5. They lady that took my order was really nice, even asked if I wanted complementary toast when I got to window. Thanks

I live in the area and have been here several times. Approx 3 to 4 months ago the food was on point. But over the last month, the food is severely lacking. I have photos of a bean burrito supreme with very little beans and nono tomatoes and a vegetarian Mexican pizza (no meat but double beans) that looks nothing like the one I love to have for lunch. Half of the Mexican pizza was pretty much just the taco shell. I may not continue to visit this particular location as it is very inconsistent.
Taco Bell is our favorite fast food and the service varies per location. However, this location is the best due to the friendly and fast service. Anet always makes our experience at this location an unforgettable. Taco Bell, please recognize Anet and the entire team for the excellent customer service.

Offering extended hours now. Decided t o swing by because of " new management" sign. Food was hot and fresh both times. The lady at the register is very courteous with a bright personality. Checked in with me while waiting on "freshly made"food. Thank you.

I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes. Spoke into the speaker no one would answer and wait on me. BUT the car infront of me got waited on, then the car behind me got waited on. This is the first time this has happened at THIS location. I am convinced it was racially motivated. But don't worry I'll never stop there again.

The picture speaks for itself. I ordered chili cheese fries (see photo). Unbelievable 😡
By the way, I waited a long time to receive one order of my wings and poorly made fries. I pulled over and waited a few additional minutes for the second order of wings. This establishment will be closed soon. The one in McDonough off-highway 155 is already closed.

Hello ! So, I recently visited this restaurant and I wanted to share my honest experience with you all. Now, I have to say, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. I mean, just take a look at the green eggs they served my sister - it was like something out of a Dr. Seuss book! Oops, I guess it wasn't quite the whimsical adventure we were hoping for. Anyway, just a little heads up if you were considering dining at this particular location. Hope you have better luck elsewhere! So, I gave the restaurant a call and guess what? The manager had the nerve to say she'd whip up a new meal for me! Can you believe it? After they served me those nasty, green, slimy eggs. Like, seriously?

This is a hit or miss location with the food and the service. There will be days food is great customer service is great and then food is terrible as well as customer service. My last experience the both was bad. The 4 egg breakfast the price had gone up crazy the toast was like eating cardboard bacon burnt and customer service 👎🏾. I reached out to corporate and have yet to hear from anyone. I won't be going back to this location

I was there for an assessment survey and they treated me great. The manager was super helpful. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. You can really tell that customer appreciation is her thing. The food was delicious. I love taco bell so I'm always appreciative.

Not your average Taco Bell. The service is beyond any I've encountered thus far. EXCELLENT!!! Anthonette and her team went way beyond what your average Taco Bell 🔔 service offers and each one of them had a smile that could be seen through there face coverings. Every staff member there was very attentive and ready. I can't stress it enough, come to this one and I think you will be satisfied 💯.

Located right off I75 exit 1.

Be prepared to spend a year and two days in the drive thru line. It’s doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you come here; traffic on 75 or 285 during peak times move faster than this.
